    So after receiving this last week I thought what better way to enjoy this new marvel than with fellow enthusiasts at SDCon or at least I thought. First impression was good. Color looked great that my daughter said “wow that’s nice, dad.” But just from the first transformation it feels like parts already want to loosen. The left wing joint began to flail during transformation. The upper chest half does not lock down. And the hips are already begging to feel loose. I had high hopes for this and honestly expected more from this over the Yamato version. Unfortunately, I feel ill this morning and was not able to make the con to display this supposed masterpiece of Arcadia. I am somewhat glad I didn’t this SV-51 is an unfortunate disappointment. What bothers me most is not the fact that it was expensive, more so that it did not live up to expectations. I will have to limit transformation and just leave it one mode. Sucks to pay for something that supposed to transform and you have to decide on only leaving it in one mode so it does not destroy itself in your hands. Thanks for nothing Arcadia.

    Great pics All! This looks be the latest challenge. To all VF-1A Max owners like myself, was I the only one to be disappointed to see DYRL hands in a TV version release. Bandai missed on making a full and better set for TV Valkyrie owners.

    I so wanted this kit, but the static state in which it will rest does not appeal to me. Battroid (even static) is where I will be pulling the trigger that is if the proportions look good. And then I ‘ll have Roy chugging a Missile-Weiser! Hiccup.

    QFT. I don’t have the patience nor space to store that many boxes for just one model. I would much better utilize the space for other items.

    I just got them in late yesterday and only opened the box to discard excess packaging. Only saw the antennas but I am waiting to debut this set at SDCon. From what I can see through the bubble wrap...this is going to be an incredible set. I have had several inquiries about the set. If you’re really interested you might ant to ask the producer of these directly about price. The print is inexpensive. A 1/5000 Nuptiet Vergnitz runs 250.00 and that includes smoothing and priming of the vessel. Shipping extra. The prints are hollow but feel very sturdy. The seller uses an online translator to communicate in English, but if you need help I don’t mind helping out a fellow MW member. FYI-I have no stake in any of the particulars of this or any transactions. I just really hit it off with this seller and got the entire fleet of my dreams from a really great guy. I just want others to have their dreams fulfilled as well.

    Wow. The pilot looks amazing. Have you considered chipping effects or wear on the armor parts and possibly scuffing on the arm pads and shoes. Being that pilots wedge themselves into their respective ships or Mecha I think it would add a touch of realism. The pilot looks great, but too new at the same time.

    It’s just so weird to see soooo much chocolate color when it Roy’s Custom VF-4, or supposedly. Bandai, Roy is black and yellow. KISS.

    All can afford this set. Just remember I was the first and pushed for this scale. So once you guys ask for your sets at the same time expect a slight delay. It pays to be a pioneer.

    Thank you. I’ve done none of the work described above. After being printed he did all the work to sand and smooth out the printed vessels. Once I get these, I’ll put up more pictures when they arrive.

    This new set of customs is a definite pass. While they do look interesting they just don’t make any connection for me to the franchise. Thanks for nothing Bandai. My wallet is not where you think it is. You missed.

    That Britai looks a tad short. His chin should be aligned with the top of the VF-1J head.

    Well if you not selling them, just toss them out to me. I would be happy to take those junkers off your hands. I hate seeing MW members so unhappy. Giving them to me will bring you happiness and provide you more shelf space to set up the new DX Valkyries.
