  1. Must have for me. That YF-19 will be sweet.
  2. A while back an eBay seller had this new box on auction with BIN. The listing stated OVERSIZED and I got a bit excited. So I reached out to the seller to confirm. Lo and behold it was just the regular 1/55 GS-11. Nothing special. Bummer. I was really hoping it was oversized.
  3. I definitely would like a set. PM details and price please, along with PayPal addy. Thank you.
  4. Well you know, it’s like the VT-1C and the VEFR-1. You just want it to be known for the sake of the completeist like me.🤗
  5. Was this thru eBay?
  6. For some reason this came back to me. But anyways…does anyone really know what the official names for this squadron is? The last I saw translated was persimmon squadron on various bootleg copies and what show up in YouTube.
  7. If you bought it this way, why not send it back and purchase another?
  8. I think that part is made from POM. It is intended to be strong and has a high tendency of not working well with surface bonding glues. If you are lucky enough to get the parts to stick cool. But they will never be strong as the original part once was and break apart easily. Hopefully you can find a solution by doing a little research on the plastic and finding the right bonding chemical.
  9. Based on the thickness of the parts and price they appear very, very small.
  10. And money making in 3-2-1… Go.
  11. I wonder if Arcadia is struggling. This is the 6th time the SDF-1 is being released since 2010 and the VF-1 since 2008. This almost feels like a Toynami move. Nothing new just more reissues. Would be nice if they added in scale figures that stood up. 😜 Seriuosly, we need something new.
  12. It appears so. There so many slight changes from the TT to Bandai to Hasbro mold. For instance some TT backplates will not align correctly as a replacement for Bandai Jetfire. The dimensions are not exactly the same and refuse to nest properly. Same for many parts throughout.
  13. Thank you, I couldn’t have done it with out the inspiration.
  14. Looking good! Can’t wait to see the finished figure.
  15. How on earth did you break them this badly? And where is the right shoulder cover?
  16. In case you were wondering. Strength test of swing plates. I attached a leg 😜 to see if it will hold and be strong enough to support the weight.
  17. Great idea. I posted this on page 1 of this thread.
  18. There 5 versions of the SDF-1 mold. None have Matsushiro stamped on them. But there is one that is known to be released by Matsushiro.
  19. Produced by Nekki (sp) Toys, in and around 85.
  20. From what I recall, only the SSF-1 has all the cutouts and actual firing mechanisms along with missiles and ships on sprues.
  21. I believe there are stories of the molds not surviving or that they had deteriorated quickly and could not be used any further.
