  1. No. The Defiant is 1987. I had the major play sets and found them boring as they really don’t move and you have to by more vehicles to dress them up.
  2. Yes sir! I have been on a kick to collect everything from 1982–86. With exception to the USS Flag and TTBP, I would say I am now done.
  3. Very fragile but yet cool vehicle...Cobra S.T.U.N..
  4. Great new additions everyone. No wonder toy shelves are emptied more than usual. Recently, I’ve been on a vintage GI Joe kick.
  5. This is the only picture I could find at the moment. Will see if I can dig out the parts and take some pics for you.
  6. Fixed. Kakizaky was fine until Milia showed up.
  7. nice touch!
  8. Excellent. But I recollect that Hikaru was in the forefront of this picture/drawing. Kakyzaky should be the semi/Gerwalk in the distance. Nice teaser of what’s to come.
  9. And pinned.
  10. Holy crap how many times did Toynami have to place their name on the front of the package? We already know it’s their garbage. I am confused as to why they claim this to be for an adult collector when clearly the quality is for a 5 year old. If these were the original released in this packaging would have grabbed them, but now it’s just sad. Makes me wonder if they will be doing the 1/55 Strike and 1/55 VF-1A boxes as well.
  11. Not answering for Chronicidal... If there were released I would buy them only if they were set unique to previous VF-31 releases. I’m just a sucker for variants.
  12. Haven’t really looked at cheapest options nowadays. I couldn’t help you there. It has been more about assurance that when I buy I get what I ordered. Too tired of dealing with flaky sellers who still blame all their problems on COVID. Sure it will be more expensive to ship but that seems to be the norm nowadays. And as old as we are all getting time is not on our side. I just want te joy these.
  13. Overall this figure is worth obtaining. Plus the added bonus of the slimmer handle on the gunpod allows storage of the weapon onto the shoulder. Looks pretty good.
  14. Greatest disappointment for this figure is Arcadia’s missed opportunity to improve the arms. This figure could use the additional articulation used in the HM-R.
  15. This was scary to transform. Some joints just didn’t want to budge at the torso. When the metal swing bar moved the mid body missiles finally flew off. But everything else stayed in place. So finally... Battroid!!
  16. Missiles still in place. fFr now the figure is very tight in most joints. I would highly recommend transforming this figure as the tighter joints could pose durability issues if left untouched. Reminds me of the VF-171, almost. Please no explodium, please no explodium.
  17. So the missles stay very secure during transformation, but then there is the new deal with lower arms popping off. The elbow joints are unnecessarily tight. Good thing the assembly goes back together easily yet it’s something to look out for.
  18. Maybe the surface area needs a plastic prep or adhesion promoter to help the paint bite onto those areas. Just mask off the areas you don’t want correct.
  19. It appears to be a re-envisioned Jeeg.
