    Yeah, customs aren’t as abundant as they used to be. Getting Kurt and Jung customs amongst many others in various scales has been a walk through memory lane. I am just fortunate enough to be able to track and acquire them. Personally and not to open a a debate with anyone, I’m still infatuated with the Yamato 1/48. They is just so much that can be done with these. I have a few customs yet to complete, but slowly getting there. One day, I’ll be done and getting there will be have the enjoyment I get from getting there. Well, onto collecting.

    Thanks for sharing those details. It just amazing me how fast you keep collecting. Good thing your an organized collector. That Lightyear ship is pretty cool. But it reminds me of the Vehicle Voltron Red ship from the aerial team. Also thanks on the VF-2SS. I’ve got quite a few. I came across this at such a low price that I couldn’t resist. And yeah it is pretty cool. Not great by any means but cool nonetheless.

    Sh9000 Your collecting is very impressive. You don’t back down and double down on everything. How do you keep tabs and store so much? Inventory everything or just wing it? As for me I just picked up a VF-2SS FOR SUPER CHEAP.

    It’s looking great. How did you figure the purple hue would counteract the bluriness and deliver a better finish when clear coat?

    It might just be the initial shock of the unexpected result on a single piece. I think it will look similar to anime close ups when the entire SDF-1 completely covered in this pattern. Blending and weathering could diffuse this.

    Damn those side covers just ain’t right. And the pose with the hand reaching out does not help selling this for me, at least as multiples. I’ll only buy one.
