    I agree. It seems that common practice of the Macross franchise is to produce many different mecha, but not all within the same scale. If you see the pattern, you automatically know it's set for all of us to just keep buying and blindly hope that one day any scale would be complete.

    I think Yamato would send replacement paint to vendors to dispribute the paint free of charge to customers. Then the vendors would charge the customers 30.00 plus shipping for (higher content) lead based paint. Basically, we'll just get Yamatoed.

    In the magazine section of MW you will find a few CAD drawing of the GBP-1S. I just hope someone out there has an older mag with pictures of what we need. The pics should be around 2000-2001, or maybe 1999.

    Can't wait for these to get in. I think I really need to look into some really nice shelves to house these war birds.

    The sculpts aren't tooo bad. With the major exception of the god aweful handles. They really stick out like sore thumbs. The Rei head sculpt looks really nice, IHMO. Stig on the other hand is a different story.

    This 1/100 is priced at 35000Y. I think I would rather wait and get the 1/60 Yamato YF-21.

    Nice indeed. Especially the last page where Nora's SV-51 is posted. At least now we know, this fuschia bird is coming out this year.

    VE-1 Elintseeker GERWALK. This is a custom version using the battroid and fighter pics from the MN Mecha Manual. Just cut and pasted everything together. It looks a lot better than the VE-1 on the side of the vintage 1/55 Hi-Metal box.

    Another thing to note is, why would the VF-1D be a grand finally. I would think it would be easier to resculpt, redesign, and execute the 1D from the VF-1 platform, rather than the VE-1 or the VT-1? I just hope your list come to life, eventhough my wallet cries at the mere sight of this thread.

    That's exactly what I was thinking. Besides doing only repaints, let's not forget repackaging. There should be at least a few bundle sets from what I see.

    I wonder, since the KR VF-1J has the DYRL arms and hands...could this mean the VF-1S is on it's way? Or any DYRL version VF?

    Hey Bee, Thanks for putting the Con together. Everything went soooo well, I had an awesome time. It was really great to see and reconnect with a lot of people there. Also, a special thanks goes out for Mari for singing the DYRL theme song and signing autographs. Thanks, Mari. Alex PS.     I thought Yamato wasn't going to do anymore reissues or repaints after the M&M 1Js? Well at least it's good to hear the VF-1 molds are still being put to good use.

    This evil vulture definitely has my vote locked in as "Toy of Year 2007." This is sooooooo bad ass.
