I even like the frosted look on the canopy of the 1D with Hikaru and Minmay. Looks like it getting hot and heavy in that 1D. Don't come a knockin' if the valkyries a rockin'

Paint the verniers (in their respective places) then wash them. If you paint then then try to reinsert them you run a good chance of chipping paint in the process. Great job.

Nice collection. But is the Max VF-1A custom gray? Nice tone.

A few years back I went looking through my old toys and decided to look up any history on them. Low and behold, the rest is history.

I don't think I'll ever tire of the VF-1. The design is so simple and complex at the same time. I just can't get enough of it. My only gripe is that there is still room to do more with the VF-1, primarily repaints. Not of customs, but of what remains to be done: 1. TV VF-1S Roy 2. TV VF-1A Max 3. TV VF-1A Kakizaki 4. TV VF-1A Alaska Base 5. TV VF-1? Dark Blue with Red Band on Wing 6. TV VF-1D Trainer 7. TV VF-1D Virgin Road 8. DYRL VF-1S Max This list alone should be enough to keep Yamato busy for a while and keep us happy.

There is one coming shortly, the YF-19 25th Ann Version. I'm pretty sure there will be more.

Decorate fancy and tasty cakes on the side. I'm working seven days a week and keeping up Nightmare B4 Christmas, Macross, Alice In Wonderland, GI Joe, and various other collections. Why not just make sure they adhere to the rules of the forums, just as everyone else does. If they (donater) decides they are now all and mighty after forking a few bucks then refer them to the amended rules (place new amendent about donations). If the person is still having issues, ban them, and leave it at that. After all, it's a donation and not a subscription to "RANT AND B!TCH WEEKLY." Just my two cents...no wait, my $25.00 I donated at MW06.

While you do some really amazing sculpts, I have to say I don't see the resemblence of Misa. I see Komillia with wider (westernized) eyes.

Mr March, I was cruising through your awesome site today and noticed a few things. 1. The DYRL VF-1S has red triangle instead of yellow. 2. Are there anymore pics of the hangar bays? Maybe a pic that shows the exact location of the areas? I remember seeing about 3 of 4 different lineart pics somewhere. 3. Are there any pics of the launch arm? Keep up the fantastic work. NB4M

If you look closely at the figure, you'll note that the joints that allow it to transform between modes, are actually not there. This is more of a puzzle Legioss that required removal and replacement of parts. I'm guessing this is the 1/55 version that transformed only between soldier and diver. ***Look for the swiveling shoulder joints. Nice pics BTW, thanks for sharing.

O scale is actually 1:43, but very close to what you're looking for.
