  1. FCUK YEAH!!! Now that's what I'm talking about. A definite MUST HAVE!
  2. Yummy 1/48 goodness. Vegas, I can never get enough of your quality of pics.
  3. Hey, he paid lots of good money for the VF-22S. The least he could get is a lap dance.
  4. Sorry to go off topic here, but I'm noticing a few things in the VF cluster shot. v.2 1/60 VE-1 has yellow booster tip?? 1/48 "Weathered" GBP-1S??? Another exclusive?? Graham could you give us more insight on this? Thanks.
  5. ??? What for ??? Customs?
  6. Holy Frack!! Awesome news!! Damn, loving Macross will only lead to a broken wallet.
  7. The TV Max 1A looks better in standard TV fastpacks. I tried the same when I got mine, but I TV packs came out on top.
  8. The hues are different blues between the two, with 1J Max being darker than 1A Max
  9. Try reading the article once more. Just in case you missed these points from both paragraphs... P1 "Although American collectors have claimed sightings for years, no evidence has ever turned up, and both Japanese toy scholars and industry insiders insist that it doesn’t exist.)" P2 "But how fitting would it be if the combined wishes of uncounted Macross-maniacs finally willed the damn thing into existence?"
  10. - small shoulder pads - chest far too wide - intakes too large - head too wide - crotch connection too thin * depending on how you see it - upper thighs too large - legs a bit on the meager side **Also If you look at the CG vs the model GERWALK the knee joints are way off. Who ever designed this must have done this in way to many parts to take this all in as a whole VF.
  11. Hmm, interesting build to say the least. It could use more details at the severed limbs. Maybe some "gak" and wires could be used to make it appear as if parts were ripped apart instead of just removed from the poly joints. Great job, Ron.
  12. Yamato, please just finish the VF-0 line. Then move on to bigger and better things.
  13. Finally, the wait could be over.
  14. "Hi Metal" can mean from full blown metal build or just metal feet and legs for added weight. If the metal is used in the appropriate areas (transformation and articulation points) then count me it. But would the "Hi Metal" category include the VF-19 or just everything thereafter?
  15. Both are a definite must have. All these years of waiting have finally paid off. Eventhough, I do have the YF-21 and VF-22s Gamlin, I'm still in for these. Both canon and both awesome, what more would any Macross fan want, aside from a better price. It sure is great to be a Macross fan.
  16. Wow, looks pretty cool. But, wait, WHAT...an already yellowing V2 1/60 vf-1j??? Wasn't this just released? What a crap load.
  17. I'm still not liking the incorrect position of the backpack and how it sits too far back in fighter mode and too low in battroid. Also that bridge connector for the boosters is a real eye sore. Nonetheless, I love seeing how nice and sleek the VT-1 looks. Good Job Yamato!
  18. Both of the new YF-19(s) look great. I'll have to get these when I get the chance. I'm really digging the orange w/black scheme. Perfect for HALLOWEEN. Can anyone of you two, please take a pic of all 4 variants (side-by-side)? In all modes? Thanks,
  19. Good. More for the rest of us.
  20. Who is the pilot from top-left-hand corner? Seems like a Stealth V.2 1/60 is destined.
  21. Wow!! That is so damn cool!
  22. Is that legit? A few of us were actually talking about this item at this year's MWCon. I guess it isn't a myth after all. Be ready to be hit up by xstoys, I'm more than sure he wants this.
  23. Keep them here they look very nice.
  24. Looks good, but correct me if i'm wrong to state... TV - VF-1D Trainer VF-1J CF Commander VF-1J Vermillion Squadron Commander VF-1S Skull Squadron Leader DYRL VF-1A Skull Squadron VT-1 Super Ostrich (only linear when seen in the movie, and not rank) VF-1S Strike Valkyrie
  25. Well after looking through this new reference material it really has nothing insightful to offer. I was hoping to see more in regards to transformation mechanisms, but it is mostly a few new tidbits, such as: the seats (new versions?), six-types of vernier thrusters, and that's about it. I'm pretty meh about the whole book. Also, a lot of the (revised) reference material looks as though it is only based off the Hasegawa offerings. There are no real cues of the older reference material. Definitive? Highly unlikely.
