  1. Looks good to me.
  2. Four figures and the tent!! Pure awesome!
  3. Finally!! Now all I need to do is wait for pre-order details.
  4. Such is the fate of many 1/55. Whomever had owned this originally was a Macross fan for sure. They actually added custom touches to extend the chest stripe all the way to the backplate as it should have been. Nice find. It definitely deserves to be repaired and preserved.
  5. So sad to hear it crumbling away. got any pics to share?
  6. I am always amazed about how these rare items keep popping up so many years later. Congratulations.
  7. As soon as iI opened the box…Hikaru pounces in like a cat. 😄
  8. That maybe true. But there is a standard. Stickers applied means played with. Not really mint. Untouched, un-adulterated, that’s mint. At least in my book and many collectors. No offense meant by it.
  9. Such a sensitive world.
  10. Wasn’t meant to be. It is only an honest observation.
  11. Very nice condition, but definitely not mint. Stickers applied.
  12. As much as I love Yamato’s original work, I think it’s time Arcadia gave us something more beyond re-issues. All this slow new of molds is making me wonder if these older licenses have any real value to Arcadia.
  13. That sounds like an amazing project. But it makes me wonder about all those DX with no gunpod. What happened? The same seller also has a lot for V/YF-19 gunpods as well. Honestly, I totally skipped that for this. Thanks a cool friend. Now to find the son’ itch Valk that goes with it.
  14. And fighter.
  15. GERWALK. Not proper, but classic.
  16. A truly imposing mecha, VF-17D with Super Packs.
  17. This shot right here is why I need this in my life. The newly designed transformation is simply amazing. The fact that the legs can be long and still manage to fit into the leg cavities is quite ingenious. There is only one drawback though. Those elbow double-hinges are the only parts that make me doubt durability of those particular articulated areas. Other than that this is a must have. Overall, it’s simply stunning. Line art aside it works and looks well thought out. Just my two cents.
  18. I recall seeing this similar type of set up for that particular detail. I just can’t remember where. Years ago I was going through as many details available to determine all the correct differences between TV and DYRL types. The vertical bar details seemed to be mostly on model kit art, but this one really stood out to me as it was from a line art drawing. Just can’ t place the location at moment. But then again I could have my wires crossed.
  19. I definitely do need to finish these 1/48 customs, they deserve it. Thanks for the compliment.
  20. Hey all, forgive my manners. Thank you all for the comments and acknowledgments. @Bolt @twich @MKT thanks again.
  21. It’s the knuckle joint for the shoulder.
  22. If only Bandai would take their building level up a couple of notches they could get these gimmicks accomplished.
  23. It is from a 1/48, but does not nor is it meant to transform. More along the lines of the VF-X TEST.
  24. Haha!
