I did something evil... I took the pilot from my VF-0S and put him in the cockpit of my VF-25F It was a little tight but I managed to get him in there. Ofcourse I had to cut him up a bit to get him to fit. I'll repaint him in Alto's colors later. I just couldnt stand looking at that tiny pilot

ummm... 1 Inch = 2.54 cm, 1 Feet = 30.48 cm, 1 Feet = 12 Inch The Bandai VF-25 DX's are about the size of a Yamato 1/60 VF-0S (we're talking Battroid here) .. So it puts it at more than 30.48 cm

If its as tall (or taller) than the DX VF-25's then I'm all for it.

I just want an ELINT Seeker and a super Ostrich and I'll be happy.

The only broken Yamato toy I have is the VF-1A cannon fodder. The clip (under the intakes) that holds the swing bars in place broke the second day I had it. After that, I swore off buying any Yamato products. Though the new 1/60 VF's V.2 are tempting.

Covers are stuck in there real good. Which I prefer. I dont think I ever saw them open in the series anyways. And if they did, It looks like they opened "venusian blind" style, for better lack of words lol. But in all honesty, once you have VF-25 on hand, you'd appreciate more. Pictures do it any justice trust me. As for the paint apps.. none so far on mine (had it 5 days already) I probably transformed it to all 3 modes like 15 times already... So far nothing loosening up, no stress marks.. Is it perfect? No.. but nothing is. If this toy was priced less than $100 I bet their wouldn't be so much complaints on it. As for Alto custom's gaping maw.. it doesnt really bother me as it does follow the anime's design.

Yeah, they were good for a while (LAF) but after a few mishaps with his stuff at customs and waiting for my stuff like forever, I stopped. Im sure its no fault of his, but still. Overdrive is supposed to be good but you have to pay for pre-orders up front, which Im not comfortable with. Im actually anticipating the VF-1D v.2 the most out of all the releases this year (thus far) Does anyone know if it comes with its weapon and/or missles?

Your kidding right? Where did you order it from? Some online retailers don't deliver to certain countries. I wish luck dude. There were quite a few stores I frequented when I was there. Did you try Great Toys over at green hills or the one in Makati? There's also quite a few hobby/toy stores in TRiNoma as well.

I just got my Shadow Alpha Fighter from CM corp. Not 100% happy with it but I its a lot more stable than Toynami's version, that much I can tell you. There's a problem with the hinge connecting the cockpit to the main body like in the review says. It doesn't bend. Thus, I cant fully transform it to its fighter mode. ( Is this a problem with the other CM Alpha's? ) I don't want to have to resort to taking this baby apart just to unbend it.. I'd probably would have to... But not now lol. Also, I wish they'd put some side to side articulation in the head, but the waist articulation makes up for it I guess. The alternate hand to hold the weapon is plus though. At least I don't have to worry about it falling off all the time. Funny thing.. It looks awesome connected to my Toynami Beta Fighter !! The fit isn't tight, but it doesn't just sit there either. I'll take pics over the weekend if I have time.

I used to be heavy in collecting 1/6 figures. I have most of the Hot Toys Predators, Aliens etc.. But Im running out of space.. plus funds have to be rerouted to other things.. like family lol. Anyway, the last 1/6 figure that Im getting is the bank robber joker by Hot Toys. Its going to be a classic. Other than that, Im just concentrating on Macross/Robotech and Transformers stuff.

I say go for it now. $23 for EMS is a steal!! I havent bought from Angloz but collectiondx swears by them. After watching episode 21 Im tempted to put the fast packs on the Macronized Klan klang/Klein PVC figure coming out in March lolz.

I think they should make Zentraedi 1/60 soldier figures and male power armour next. Even various battle pods with mission specific attachments. Micro 1/60 people to step on and a tiny minmei figure to boot!! lol.
