Nice pics guys.. I just got mine today. Its awesome! Im not worried about the hips moving back and forth in destroid/gerwalk mode.. I mean All the VF's had no hip movement in gerwalk mode right? Its just the battroid's hip movement I'm ticked off about.. but thats ok. It's still nice. Remarkable piece of engineering. Light years ahead of the yamato one. Now to off to find any or all robot spirit macross frontier figures!! ** off topic ** I really wish they made some vajra to fight with though. Any news on that protype vajra that bandai came out with back in '08?

Like I and a dozen other people say.. the VF-27 is a far more superior VF than the 25 in almost every aspect. So there's nothing to "get". It is what it is.. Bandai tired and failed but atoned by putting out Brera's custom. I would of placed a pre-order for the tornado version if they had at least improved the VF-25.. Here's hoping they will someday..

I dunno.. I compared the pilot figures from Yamato V.2 1/60 Elintseeker and they're about the same scale as Brera and Ranka (sans the legs lol) Nothing like the mini-mini pilots of the VF-25's..

Ok.. so Im off today and got to know my Brera Custom.. Someone on this board said the VF-27 wasnt as posable as the VF-25.. So untrue.. dont be afraid to break this thing.. its real sturdy. I find a lot of mobility in the hips ...and the mid thigh swivel adds wonders to various stances. I wish I had a camera... and the great thing about it? It's tight.. nothing loose.. you can shake it in any mode and nothing will dislodge or wiggle. I think the crotch peg was lengthened so it wouldnt pop out so easily.. Best buy for 2010 (so far)

Got Mine today. Won it on evilbay/anime export through buy it now/make an offer. $182 shipped. (bought it Friday 19th and got it today the 23rd) Nice, I almost didn't want to get this one. Glad I did!! I'm looking at my Alto VF-25 and there's no comparison. Nicely engineered, details are awesome. No paint chips on mine (yet) Transformed it twice already (all three modes) All joints are nice and tight. There's even a waist joint!! I like the head sculpt a lot, there's no soft parts that can warp. The figures/Pilot and Ranka are now slightly in scale with the yamato 1/60's IMHO. There was a slight "oily" residue, but I wiped that down as soon as it came out of the box. I'm going to "play" with this a little more on my day off.. Now, I want a 1/60 Vajra!!

If my math is right its about $169-$170 shipped and that's with EMS shipping (3 days from overseas). Not bad considering most online stores here in the states will charge you $200 and up before the shipping AND it could take about a week before you can get your hands on it.. (processing BS, distance, weather, weekend delays etc)

Yup..tried it.. Yes it does make it easier to put on.. make sure its nice and snug when you put it in.. Let it cool before moving it around...again dont get burned doing it.. heating it up again with a hair dryer removes it easier too.. I think the hands are made of a hard vinyl.

Run the hands in hot tap water or heat it up with a hair dryer.. just don't burn yourself..
