I'm in Irvine... which is relatively close. What do you need help with? I'm sure thats on everyone's mind when reading this.

Someone made it variable to all 3 modes but I dont think its perfect variable tho. I think it was too complicated to actually make parts fold, slide, etc and such so instead, he just made parts detachable and you just attach it to other parts to change it into gerwalk mode, battroid mode, etc. The battroid pictures on the first page is actually still the same model. ...and I gotta agree with eugimon, I wish Yamato would do something with their Mac Zero license.

I guess selling it is definitely one way of getting rid of your bad karma. I suck at modeling so pretty much every model I touch has bad karma so... yeah... Sorry to hear that you had all those problems tho. It just... happens sometimes.

No problem. I dont know who did it personally. Hes someone whos been kitbashing hasegawa kits to make them transformable and then selling them on Japan Yahoo. So I think unless you speak Japanese, you're out of luck. Btw, he also made a VF-0S, VF-0D, VF-1S, and VF-1J. Hes also does LED mods where he places LEDs in the wings, head, etc... basically anywhere that has lights. Pretty crazy imo. Take a look...

I actually only saw DYRL just last year. I was a big SDF Macross and Macross Plus fan when I was younger but lost interested here and there and when I came back to it, I found out that SDF Macross had a movie made long time ago that I didnt even hear about or seen. So I found it, got it, watched it and was just blown away how good the action and drawing was for that time. Great great movie imo.

Oh yeah, also take it slow. I'm trying to build up my modeling skills nice and slow. First I'm dealing with surfacing and sanding to get rid of all the seamlines. Then move onto puttying to deal with any mishaps or slight mods. Then after all that I'm going to practice my airbrushing skills. I'm glad you posted ur model tho. Most people are afraid of posting due to critisms and such.

I'm not trying to be mean or whatever but I cant say it looks good... but you can probably do a lot better than I can so who am I to talk? I just recently got an airbrush and was testing it out and imo the control and the smooth coats that its able to do is a billion times better than anything else I've tried. Just my 2 cents. I like the black scheme at least. Seriously, dont worry about it. I can probably do worse.
