  1. I just noticed this post, but Igarashi is not the creator of Castlevania. His first Castlevania game was SoTN.
  2. At least they had the good sense to not replace her junk with metal parts. I mean, that would just be sick.
  3. Back before you joined there was a thread (or it might have been this thread) where I brought up the argument that the performance of an equivalent year 3rd gen RX7 made the NSX something of an unwise purchase. That didn't go over to well. On the other hand, you can now buy NSX's in the low $20k range, and that's not a bad value for a cool daily driver.
  4. The track comment was based on an episode of Top Gear comparing the two. But hey, the Toyota X-Runner will beat a 350z around a track, so whatever.
  5. Yeah, that's why we aren't allowed to discuss model kit recasts, bootleg videos, ROMs or other such "legal" activity on here, right? Gimme a break.
  6. Considering the RX8 will go around a track just as fast as the 350z, it's easier to drive and costs LESS, I think it's a fair comparison. If you're gonna be whining about the RX8 not being a true coupe because of those little doors, you should probably just shut up. Same goes the the STi and Evo, who the hell cares if it has 4 doors? An Evo is still a hell of a lot cooler than the yuppie poser mobile that is the 350z. The GTO isn't domestic, it's Austrailian. Furthermore, the difference between imports and domestics is getting smaller, as Detroit has been putting out some really interesting cars.
  7. It can be really useful in tactical games like Halo2, but a lot of that depends on the kind of people you're playing with.
  8. Z's are lame and getting lamer by the year. The 350Z was cool because it was the only car like it available from a Japanese manufacturer. Now with the RX8, the STi, the Evo. Not mention cars like the new GTO. There's just no decent reason to buy one. Not to mention every Z since the original body style was pretty much crap.
  9. Wait, why the hell can't you post the address?
  10. A 500HP stock Toyota is mediocre? Uh...
  11. Are you sure you have the most recent version of MAME? Might be worth another download and re-install. As JBO said, your individual system won't affect a ROM working or not.
  12. And once you get tired of Firefox's BS, you cna move on up to Opera. Mouse gestures are the best thing ever.
  13. Goddamn, this thread is totally worthwhile. I'm glad everyone posted all that hilarious internet joke text because I totally read all of it.
  14. Holy crackers, I didn't realize the Tech Manual was worth so much. Maybe I should sell mine, hrmmm.
  15. Sounds like a Dolph Lundgren movie. He has a PH.D, you know.
  16. Hopefully that's true, because if it is it's a sign Toyota's returning to it's roots of kicking ass and taking names.
  17. I agree. Despite the bad press and reputation it has, after using my friend's I've decided it's not nearly as bad as most make it out to be. I suppose if you have teenie weenie hands it might be uncomfortable, but I never had any problems with it. Not to mention, something it did BETTER than the Controller S was that it had the black and white buttons in an easily accesible place: ABOVE the ABXY buttons instead of below, where its much harder to hit. As for the Dual Shock, well... It has the worst d-pad in existence (followed closely by the DS' and GBA's) playing shooters on it is painful. It has no triggers which sucks for racing games (dumbass pressure sensitive face buttons don't count). The face buttons have a poor tactile sensation and the thumb sticks are in a really stupid place, which becomes apparent when playing any game with an FPS-like control scheme. I was playing MS Gundam OYW, and there are times when you have to move both thumbsticks towards the analog button, at which point your thumbs bump into each other.
  18. WHAAAAAAT? The 360 is the best looking console on the market, not to mention it sports the best 3D controller ever.
  19. Manual and NOT FWD is generally a good place to start for a sports car.
  20. Asian Fanta is really great stuff, the apple flavor is amazing.
  21. They have 600hp Tiburon's in Korea, but they tend to bring about a few questions like WHY THE HELL ARE YOU MODIFYING A TIBURON!? and WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!?
  22. Cars and guns are hobbies, and much of this forum is based around various types of hobbies (model kits, toys, etc). Sports spectation is not a hobby. It is a past time.
  23. My favorite wanzer was the secret cartoon animal themed one from FM2. It didn't have much in the way of long range capabilities, but it's frog-shaped fists dealt a lot of damage.
  24. FINAL FANTASY THEMED BEVERAGES: For when Zima can't properly convey how big of a fu<king pussy you are. SQUARE: Brining you the most femine, metrosexual protagonists in the industry since 1998. (And since it's a Japanese beverage, it's going to taste like flat watered down Squirt.)
  25. Funny since once the PS2 landed all it had was poor DVD playback and a bunch of crappy games that looked worse than DC games. It took years for the PS2 to finally get some competent games that could compete with the DC's lineup, but by then everyone had ditched the DC.
