Stop being an idiot, A7. CF and SD are pretty much equivalent price wise. CF wins in terms of space, as the CF II microdrives are up to 8GB. SD tops out at 4GB, I think? Sony's proprietary MemoryStick format is the lame duck. Barely used outside of Sony's own electronics, it's over priced and has considerably less space available than CF or SD.

I wasn't actually all that active around here when Lil Valk was popular. All i remember is them being regarded as waaay more funny than they actually were, and you getting butthurt about your imitators. Allegory is an awfully fancy word to describe something drawn in MS Paint. Damn, you got me. That was pretty funny.

What about Little Valkyrie comic strips? I think those were funny. FV 404089[/snapback] Little Valk sucked. The only thing funny about that was the writer's elitist schtick wherein he had so much hot-air blown up his ass he thought his strips were actually worthwhile and something approaching "art." The only reason people thought Little Valk (and other various fan-made comics on MW) were funny or amusing or even worthwhile is because they feature Macross. Put any other series in there and the people on MW would be realizing them for the unfunny crap they are.

If there's one thing I've learned about fan-made comics on Macross World. It's that they're not funny. Not a single one.

The action and animation was fine in the first movie, the problem was the absolutely ridiculous and contrived storyline. They shoulda spent their money getting someone who has a reputation for decent writing instead of John Woo.

I actually prefer Battlecry in a lot of respects. Battlecry has a lot more charm to it and character. Feels like they actually transferred Robotech over to video game form. Macross for PS2 is good, but ultimately still feels like a decent quality Japanese licensed game.

Pretty sute the DMC was already out of business by the time the BTTF movie was made.

Shameless plug. I'm honestly not that excited about it. Not only was the previous movie horrible; this new one is being produced by John Woo, one of my least favorite movie makers ever.

It's modern, back of the box boasts over 400 different units. Keep in mind it's a bit dry, and probably won't be of much enjoyment to someone weaned on typical console "strategy" games like Final Fantasty Tactics. It really feels more like an older PC game, or better yet an old tabletop wargame transformed into 3d and put on your Xbox. Also has a few nifty extras, like a map creator and while it has no Live features does allow for 4-player games on the same 'box.
