I haven't played Forza 2 yet, but I liked the original Forza more than any Gran Turismo game. Gran Turismo is pretty and has a poo ton of cars, but it really isn't any fun to play. I bought Project Gotham Racing 4 on a whim, even though I'd kind of dismissed the whole PGR series after playing Metropolis Street Racer and HATING it. I've gotta say PGR4 is really fun, an arcade game without being too arcadey and the motorcycles are a blast to drive.

I've gotta say I really didn't care for this OVA. But I applaud you for subtitling old OVA's from the 80's, so I look forward to your next project. Also made a mention of it on my site.

Are all the Ace Combat games this boring? AC6 is the first game in the series I've played and I'm thoroughly underwhelmed. It's pretty as all heck, but the gameplay is about as exciting as watching paint dry. The retarded missions don't help either, "Here, pick which objective you want to take out although it doesn't matter because you'll have to do it all anyways."

Well, Mazda already has a 2.0 rotary, the 20B used in the Cosmo back in the mid-90's. I'm guessing they'll do basically what they did with that, and just slap another chamber on the Renesis. As nifty as turbo charge'd rotaries are, and as insane as the HP numbers you can get out of them are, the reliability is a crippling factor. A normally aspirated triple rotor would be really cool and a lot of fun to drive.

People mistakenly assume the RX-8 was supposed to be the successor to the RX-7, which it obviously wasn't. Much in the same way the earlier RX series (the RX-100, RX-2, RX-3) were different from the RX-7.

Actually, Shinichiro Watanabe was the Director of Macross Plus. Kawamori was the Chief Director, and likely had a less hands-on involvement compared to Watanabe.

A quick look on Yahoo.jp's auctions didnt turn up that issue. Might be worth contacting some of the guys on here who specialize in finding Japanese merchandise?

Picked up Beautiful Katamari today, only two days after getting PGR4. It's kind of a killer month for the 360... lots of good games and not enough time to play them.

Picked up PGR4 on a whim today and it's awesome. The weather effects and cities are gorgeous, lots of cool cars (and motorcycles) to drive around in. Not to mention, a new Geometry Wars game.

Cheating was never that bad on Halo 2, the few common exploits like the modem-standby glitch were solved pretty quickly with updates.

Even if this live action adaption is 100% faithful, it's going to be pretty lame because DBZ is... pretty lame. Nothing like a 300 hour movie to account for "powering up." Frankly, DBZ has already been merchandised to hell and back, no one's going to ruin it by making a live action movie.
