    Lots of nice images and really nailed the feeling of loneliness. I think they kind of failed establishing the Dark Seekers, as their portrayal was really inconsistent. And yeah, the ending really sucked.

    Anybody else kind of disappointed with the Heroic Map Pack? The big outside level is pretty boring, the other two are okay but nothing special.

    It did actually. A new version (that goes up to CCA era) is coming out shortly as well, so no big loss.

    I was waiting for this thread to pop up. I picked upa a PSP Slim last week, had my friend hack it as soon as i pulled it out of the box. Mostly been converting over my old PS1 games to play on it, only one that doesn't work on it is Giren's Greed which was the specific game I wanted for it. Oh well. Nifty little system.

    A guy on 4chan recently posted high quality rips of the laserdiscs (or DVDs? i forget) of Mellowlink, but they were unsubbed and on rapidshare so they were a pain to get. Definitely downloading these, though.

    Or maybe just save the dubs for a later release. Do a cheaper subtitled-only release a few months after the show airs in Japan, and you'd have a product that people might actually want to buy instead of downloading the fansub.

    Pretty sure he's referring to Tatsunoko's insistence that they own Macross, or at least a part of it. Go to all that trouble to pay for the legal fee's and then don't bother to put it in their museum.

    Nope, won't work. The 360 controllers are a slightly improved version of the S-Controllers anyways.

    Seriously guys, why not make a Mass Effect thread? It's been two pages since it was "too late" and it's been two pages of near solid ME posts. Anyways... The Divx compatibility is nice, except it doesn't seem to support soft subs? I own a Divx-compatible DVD player anyways, so it's not a huge deal for me. Kinda nifty, though. Now if only the 360's were reliable enough to be worth using more than with just games.

    I'm fairly sure the movies were confirmed for a US release sometime this con season, but they probably won't be out anytime soon.

    I think the first thing I ever searched for on the internet (this was back in '95-'96) was Robotech, so I've always kinda kept my eye on the fandom presence on the web. When MW first started up I didn't join because I was involved with Robotech fandom and the guys here had a reputation of being apefaces, hah. Then I kind of stopped being interested in anime as I was in high school and more interested in chasing girls. Macross Zero came out when I was a freshman and as I started getting more interested in Macross again I signed up. Funnily enough, last night I realized that this January will mark the 5th year of me posting here on MW and I'm not even one of the old timers. Funny how time flies...

    It's been a year. They should have figured it out by now. But then again they're probably keeping production numbers as low as possible to drive up demand, so.

    The Macross PLus Movie Edition TIA only has this little picture of the black-box Sharon. The other Macross Plus TIA has a bit more but it's small and really close to the binding, so I wasn't able to scan it. Hope this helps at least.

    I was looking through the two Macross Plus This is Animation books, and neither have much lineart of the black box design. What little there is is really close to the spine, so it'd be hard for me to scan it in. I'll give it a shot though.

    Use the Pandora Battery Trick -> download all the crappy Kamen Rider ISO's you want -> convert and play on your PSP.

    Go with Call of Duty 4. That way you can get into some multiplayer action while there's a lot of people playing and they haven't moved on to the next big thing (i.e. Halo 3 come December 11th when the new maps are released).

    I'd agree, but I think the Cosmo is a poor example. The rear end is awful. Now, this on the other hand...
