http://www.new-un-spacy.com/scalecharts/sizechart-1.gif Looks about right to me.

This new Motoslave isn't to scale with the Hardsuits released a couple of years ago, which is utterly retarded. Also there's actually four Motoslaves, the fourth type is the Heavy Motoslave which was used by Nene and Linna in episode 6. And a few more if you count some extra ones that were designed but never made it into the series.

There's also some older 1/200 scale model kits, although I'm not sure how easy they'd be to track down. Gaming miniatures were released for both Battletech and Robotech, back in the 1980's. They're pretty uncommon and last I checked they went for expensive prices on eBay.

Uh, having to pain a $70 to get it to look passable is inexcusable. It's a tiny toy for $70, the least they could do it make it look decent.

The Regult seems like a silly choice for a revoltech, isn't a whole lot of movement possible.

Neat little find: Super Condor in Mospeada

And if something like this was recently found in SDF Macross, people would be going nuts for it. No need for the hate BSU, that time could be spent posting pictures more pictures of your extensive firearm/thrift store furniture collection. -
I don't really see what aspects of Akira REQUIRE it to be set in Japan, but the change to New Manhattan still seems unnecessary.

Hopefully they fix the broken online mode. Single player GoW was fine... but the multiplayer was awful. -
Would be surprised if this actually gets made.

I think the Challenger suffers from a lot of the same styling problems the other American retro cars have. They're trying to be too retro and too similar to the original design, and then putting a modern over-smoothed finish on top of it. The new Mustang suffers from this pretty bad. Honestly, if you want a car that looks like these classics... go buy a classic. But I think these new takes on them just look stupid. -
Bleh, even at $70 that's too expensive. I love Bubblegum Crisis, but that kind of money for such a dinky toy with so little detail is a stretch.

$72 sounds much more reasonable. When is it supposed to come out?

Better graphics with less blur are about the only noticeable differences. People have been saying its more difficult, and that some of the music timing may be off but I'm not sure how true that is. For me its a matter of convenience, I'm more likely to play it if its on my 360 instead of having to pull out my PS2. -
Modern humans (homo sapiens sapiens) have been around for about 200,000 years, so there's no reason they wouldn't look like modern humans.

Not sure if Sonada actually did the final draft of the hard suits. I know he did some early designs for them, but judging by the stuff in the B-Club book they're pretty awful. -

Rez HD came out today, and everybody should download that. Rez is an amazing game, easily worth way more than the 800 points. I've been playing a lot of Naruto: Rise of the Ninja (yeah yeah, Naruto sucks) and it's actually a pretty good game. The site in my sig has a review I wrote of up, but to summarize it's way too good to have a shitty property like Naruto attached to it. -

The job Cadillac has done reinventing itself should really be a lesson to the rest of the American car companies. Ford and Chevy are still turning out complete crap (Corvette aside), but the fact that Cadillac is making cars that are equal to European counterparts is really something. -
Gimme a break dude, they announced them less than two weeks ago. I have no idea how you can complain about Revoltech's being slow to come out, it's gotta be the most prolific toy line on the market.

Been playing some different 360 games, thanks to me restarting my Gamefly account. Stranglehold - The despite being an all around solid game, it has some major problems. Early levels are ruined by stupid objectives "find and destroy 12 _____" or "plant 10 bombs" rather than focusing on purely combat, which is what the game should be about. Later levels are all combat, but the level designs and ridiculously tough bad guys kind of ruin the fun. I'd be interested to see if they make a sequel, as that might actually get it right. Kane & Lynch - The so-so demo on Marketplace suckered me into this one, but it's total trash. A few levels are very reminiscent of Michael Mann movies, but some of the world enemy AI I've seen this generation (while the game expects you to use cover, the enemies will just run up to you and fire until you kill them). Of course the cover system sucks and is inconsistent. The feature of commanding your squad mates never really works and you're usually better off telling them to just hide at the beginning of the level and going at it solo. I can't believe a game reviewer lost his job over this swill. Naruto: Rise of a Ninja - I'm no Naruto fan (it's a pretty retarded series, as far as I'm concerned) but I'm actually really liking this one. The game is balanced between the fighting aspect, and having to run around your village helping people out. The village itself reminds me a bit of Crackdown, as it's a lot of fun to explore... although doesn't have quite the depth or variety of Crackdown. Probably only worth full price for Narutards, but I'll probably pick it up if it ever reaches $20/$30. Omega Five - This might be the best XBLA game since Geometry Wars. Not a strictly traditional Japanese 2D shooter, but better than any western developer could do. Heavy emphasis on memorization and playing through on on credit, so it requires some time investment. Well worth it. -
Rambo III was awesome. What are you talking about.

Gal Force? It was an ARTMIC production, just like Mospeada.
