  1. As far as I'm concerned, anyone that has four guitars rocks at a nearly unmatachable level.
  2. Shawn's in the process of designing a new layout for the board, check out the forum on the very bottom of the main page.
  3. Glad to see you're still working on it... how much of that is custom parts? Quite a bit I'm assuming.
  4. The Wonderswan is already dead, the production stopped on the systems over six months ago and the last few games are trickling out now. Just how many games did it have? Quite a few, check out this site: http://www.swan.channel.or.jp/swan/softwar..._line_kind.html. I dont know if its a complete list, but that is Bandai's official site. I think Yoshi and I are some of the few Wonderswan fans. A good system, definately lacked in some areas but can't be beat in the strategy or RPG genres, and tons of Gundam and other Bandai license games.
  5. Here's a semi-related, amusing quote from Hiroki Sato, the producer of Evangelion: Not explicit proof, but amusing none the less. Got that quote from A Fans View, btw.
  6. I think they did a good job making it look both liek the original and old, while still being new and modern, without messing it up too much. Definately better than most star fighter designs we see nowadays.
  7. More or less.... Well, when most fans are male.. what do you expect? Giant robot animation isnt quite a big draw for females.
  8. Well, the other Transformers statues by Palisades are non-transformable, so it's doubtful.
  9. I dunno, has Capt Rico been there? I think he did... But he's not on my site. I don't mind boobs but "southern" areas uncovered are kinda iffy. Either way, I probably won't delete it if it's tastefully done, so use your own discretion.
  10. Dude, Mao is like 15 years old!
  11. Dougrams didn't transform.
  12. It didn't do well enough to warrent a big budget animated film. Macross 7 actually did pretty well in Japan, unliek the original Macross is actually lasted it's full running length. <_< And unlike most Japanese TV shows which fade after a year or so it stayed popular among fans thanks to continued releases of Fire Bomber music. Not to mention the movie. And the OVA series.
  13. Is that for the new TV show or movie or whatever? Looks pretty nice.
  14. I remember those things, very cool. I guess. I dunno what wasso cool about them really, they were small and had no articulation.
  15. It might help if you mentioned the series names, at least for those that are curious.
  16. The Wonderswan is already dead, the production stopped on the systems over six months ago and the last few games are trickling out now. It's a shame it died, since it did better than any other handheld in recent history. Disapointing it didn't do better, Bandai definately tried seeing as how they put their most popular franchises into it. And unlike SNK, they actually had the money to make it worthwhile and succeed, but it's hard to go against the GameBoy juggernaut.
  17. Not to sound like a perv, but ecchi art is okay on MFC. Lord knows there's a lot of it on there already. <_<
  18. The details on those bullet holes is really impressive. Awesome job.
  19. I signed. SC super-poseables would be pretty cool, hopefulyl they'll get to them. They're bound to run out of Macross and Mospeada stuff eventually.
  20. If you mean for bootlegs - probably. I doubt you'd have much luck finding real Region 2 (japanese) DVDs on eBay, for those you're better off with a store like playasia.com. If you mean DVD players, I dunno. I'm hesitant about buying electronics off of eBay, but thats just a personal worry of mine.
  21. T1 and T2 buck the trend, because for most people T2 is "Terminator," not T1. T1 was just a well-done B-movie, T2 was one of the first really big Hollywood summer blockbusters and actually had a decent plot to make it worthwhile. Probably one of the few cases where the sequel wasnot only deserved, but actually better... and widely regarded as being better, both critically and otherwise.
  22. Expensive, but not ridiculous. You can find region-free DVD players for $90 or less at places like JList.com. The DVD itself will cost a bit though.
  23. I'm not Mike, but they're on eBay a lot. I was actually probably going to put mine up there, since I'm never gonna play it anyways.
  24. I was thinking the same thing. Is it just me or does it look a lot like one of Brian's awesome 3D models? Too soft to be real I think, probably is a 3d render.
  25. Well, not lock stock and barrel, but it definately looks as though Nintendo is trying to get a controlling amoutn of stock in the company (which wouldnt be much, around 7-8%). Or at least Bandai thinks so...
