I usually save quite a bit on regular orders with NY. It's only TWE that I don't save as much. I do save money on shipping and overall cost on all types of orders with them though.

I think Bandai gives us the best compromise in size for everything in this line. The missile bay shoulders on the drawing for the Spartan are drawn too low. The waist area and other parts line up with the Battroid. Yeah the old 1/100 model kits are too small. You said Battlepod. Noooooo!

Congrats on getting the Spartan already. Great pics. The missile effects look good. Yep Yamato never released a Phalanx. I still like the size of all of the HMR figures to each other. Too bad the top hatch of the Spartan can't be opened to cram a pilot in there. HMR Monsters at amazon.jp for 50% off? Damn I'm tempted.

Cool. Thanks for the info. I'll just hold on to the figure for now then. What I really still want to get which I missed a while back is the huge Toybiz Marvel Legends BAF Apocalypse. I think that figure would look great towering over the 3.75" figures. -
Anyone here on this forum try the HMR missile effects with a VF-31? They look pretty good with 1/60 scale.

What is the tallest Thanos has ever been drawn in the comics? I still have the 3.75" scale Marvel Universe Thanos and just thought that this 5" one would be nice with the 3.75" figure line. Hmm I might return it.
