Here’s my DYRL CF variant. Yeah I still plan on making one. Put on one of my VF-1D heads, swap and paint the back parts of Battroid mode to have larger tail fins, swap and paint the wings, paint 4 black horizontal trapezoids on the chest, paint a black strip near the collar, paint the chest plate, fill in the rectangles and paint the heat shield, paint the nosecone, and modify the second seat so that the 2 pilots are level. The canopy and chest won’t be 100% accurate but it’s alright. When the official VF-1D comes out I’ll convert my custom into a battle damaged VF-1D.

I had the opportunity to watch a free screening of this a while back but it was on a work day. I’ll probably watch it online and also just wait for the blu-ray.

They still go well with HMR DYRL VF-1’s and they’re the only company so far to have released DYRL Regults but I wouldn’t pay more than $15-20 for them. I love Lanun Ranggi’s comics because they’re so true at times.

Same. I’ve never had any issues either. As long as I’m there on preorder night (technically preorder morning) I usually can secure orders of my choosing. The HMR preorders are smoother than the DX preorders and sometimes HMR preorders are still open at some places the following day(s).

I hope the other Marvel Legends TRU exclusives that were planned get picked up by BBTS, EE, and Dorkside. Too bad there won’t be any possible BOGO 50% off sales at those places.

Went to Scavengers R Us today and it was packed with people. The signs outside said up to 30% off even though mostly everything inside was marked 10% off. There was nothing really good to get so I probably won’t go back anymore. I had good memories there as a kid and as an adult I enjoyed lots of good deals, sales, and price adjustments. It was good while it lasted. Here’s one example of a good deal from the past. The missing figure was invisible.
