    This is a cool idea no doubt but I had a mess about with one of my VF-1 and I can't see how it would be possible for them to engineer in the ab crunch joint without a significant redesign. The whole leg cross bar and upper torso swing joint would have to become two separate elements entirely. The ab crunch joint could be possible with the earlier v1 VF-1 design as it requires you to physically remove the legs from the upper torso section and re-attach to the nose section allowing them to articulate completely independently. So yeah pass on the ab crunch joint.. besides it looks kinda silly anyways.. And there ain't any chance I'd accept a new designed Valkyrie toy which requires partial dis-assembly for transformation.

    so yeah unless you're buying super rare or exotic item which can more or less guarantee you a worthy return in the future then no.. I haven't bought anything as an investment.. I only bought what I have because I wanted it! the only investment that I expect to get a return on is the satisfaction of owning and enjoying the items I have spent money on.

    ahhh ok. yeah some fees can be a little excessive.. I understand if they charge a handling fee on a very cheap item which won't make them much profit but not something up to or greater than 20,000yen.. its basically profiteering and or plain greedy. I recently bought a few books from Mandarake and they charged me 500y for handling as the books were only 4000yen and under the 5000yen threshold then charged me 4000yen for shipping which is just as much as its cost for whole Valks in the past! which of course are much larger and heavier than the books package was.. so a few cheap books turned out to be not so cheap in the end but I dare not cancel or they get the s@#$'s and ban you.. It can surely take the fun out of buying something when they do that to you.

    Ab crunch function would be good! But would having it compromise the look or existing functionality of the Valk? In that case id happily not have it..

    @anubis20 very nice! Congrats on your 21! Was it listed as new or unopened? I noticed that with some of my Valks which were listed as MISB or unopened and the manual was not taped on.. Not sure if they packaged Valks differently for any of the re-issues?

    Ahh.. so i assume they couldn't engineer in the landing gear and preserve the perfect transformation so they left them out..?
