well there are the two.. one in each leg.. but are they removable? Has anyone tried? I don't want to try it on mine as the booster will fall off and I will get cranky..

New photo style looks sensational Saburo! Love that carbon pattern!

Hey I have that very same paint scheme on a v2 1/60! Hmmm that gun pod's stowable stock is interesting..

The guys at Customs let the job get to their heads seeing that they pretty much control what comes in and out of the country and then abuse their authority.. Years ago when I had an ebay store with my brother and we had a few issues with them. They were just pricks b'cos they could be. I've only been charged an import duty on stuff a few times but its the delays that were far more painful.

Customs delays sucks eh.. a few years back we had Customs issues here in Aus and stuff was being caught up for nearly two weeks!

Yep that's pretty much how I was going to do it.. But I wasn't going to attempt physically removing them. I think there is plenty of working space to do the mod whilst they are still attached. Will post up pics when done.

Great photos Yeti! My only (minor) complaint with the Prophecy is the very forward section of the cockpit canopy is too steep an angle compared to the other VF-25.. still love the bird to bits though! -

As much as im not a fan of the Tornado parts, you are right about any of the blue parts looking good on the Prophecy! -
Hehe! people tell me always full of good idea's! but not always in a "good" way.. Yeah I just didn't like all the ugly gappiness when certain parts were fitted.. I much prefer the more simple clean look but I really like the boosters fitted! Hey Noel, She does look pretty clean and tight eh! I went through a partial transformation and even a partial dismantle & re-assemble in order to clean up some of the body sections panel margins. This one is going to stay in fighter mode! And yeah I removed the leg bits.. they just look tacky thin and inadequate. Unlike the VF-1 legs packs which actually have some volume and sophistication to them. Nothing really seems to lock up well the more bits you add. And the way the shoulder parts fit on in fighter mode looks like a total afterthought. Im going to do another minor modification to allow the forward canards to angle up a little more. There wont be much in it but it will be more.. So im gonna leave mine this way. Kinda like a "Custom" Isamu Dyson Custom! hehe!

if this didn't look so creepy possessed by evil entity horror movie doll then I'd probably actually have one.. but as it is it just looks positively creepy!

The VF-25S is such a beast with armor parts fitted!! -
finally got my troublesome boosters to actually stay attached! shaved away a small amount of plastic from the area that surround the winds and made the small locating hole a little deeper with a dremel which you can't notice at all and it holds on much more securely. I went and fitted up all the fast pack parts but wasn't liking how the legs have to sit with the side bits fitted. It just doesn't feel like its holds together very well. And the shoulder bits look kinda crap so I pulled them off and only left the boosters and the little top filler bits. I think it looks much cleaner with just the boosters and the legs in their proper original position.

eh!? what is that....???? a chrome plated VF-1.. really!? It looks pretty tacky and not to mention completely horrible. Big pass on this one what ever its meant to be..

Yeah we had a few scorchers a while back! Mid to high 40's and one day i saw 48 outside temp reading thing on the cars a/c! Wild bushfire stuff right there! We had some crazy fires back in 2002 and it came to within 1 meter of the house! Scary stuff! Thats why i now have all my stuff fully insured!

Hahaha!!! Awesome photos Garfinkel! Especially love the Jurassic Valkyrie scene! If the ever make a Macross movie this should be included in it! And the VF-1A Brownie extreme action pose is perfect!

No it still holds together nicely!

this seemed like a no brainer to me but the only way to have the gun sitting as correctly as possible when in fighter mode whilst fully utilizing the gimmicky bending gun feature is to make sure the arms are not clipped to the shield. That will allow the arms to drop down a bit and the gun then tucks up under the body better. I figure this wont effect the look of the thing in fighter mode much at all as you can't really tell that the arms are not in their correct position but I think its a worthwhile compromise. And the gun sits where its meant to.

Yeah the YF-25 tends to look a little too boring without the super parts on in my opinion.. The 25G parts are a perfect color match too! It really helps set it off! And the 25G super parts are still quite cheap to get! I don't even notice the wrong number anymore.. seeing how good the thing looks it really never bothered me in the first place! -
This is a lovely photo! Im kinda getting really pissed that one of the super boosters just doesn't want to stay attached to my one.. I really love this thing but that booster not staying put is driving me mad.. It just won't clip on and the more I try it the worse it seems to get. Im going to attempt a modification. Hoping my 2nd will be ok.
