you could easily make up a Lexan or plexiglass box which could hook up over a few sets of wall mounted Valks! sorry diagram is a bit rough but you get the idea!

that would be sweet indeed! Aside the YF-30 with its spine mounted missile pod, no other Valkyrie has had anything similar.. Closest thing would be the VF-1 Strike parts cannon which can fold down over the shoulders. F### sake I can't wait to see this thing in its other modes! Hurry up and show us already!

$500 might be getting a little on the steep side of pricing.. Though if that did end up being the case then I'd still buy it simply for what it is! $300 USD max is on or around the money I reckon.. I think we'll leave that concern for when or if they ever build the 1:1 scale example eh! hehe! I think that goes without saying!

From the joins in the pics, best bet is a combination of 171 & 30 transformation elements with of course some new elements thrown in. Im very eager to see what this thing is like in its other modes and transformation.

the whole electrical lighting thing is a cool idea but to be honest I'd happily skip it in favor of more or better surface detailing. Besides the whole running a wire to it for power kinda puts me off and I certainly don't want to start messing about with friggin batteries.

First time I saw the canopy on the 262 that was one of my initial thoughts.. as you said it does kinda make some sense as the trend will go that way in the real world anyways. For the series I would have thought the creators would prefer to have actual pilots piloting the things for the hero / drama factor. After all there wouldn't be any hero's if the pilots just sat all cosy in their capital ships or on a planet with little to no risk to their lives in combat. More than likely it will be a similar setup as Brera and his VF-27.. or at least im hoping so.. Going back to the VF-4.. maybe if I ever switch mine to its other modes I would appreciate it a bit more? But for the moment Gerwalk & Battroid look like the modes which got the least amount of thought during the design phase. Also I don't particularly care for gerwalk & battroid modes with the 21-22. I have grown to like the SV-51 in gerwalk but its battroid mode is still a mixed bag for me.

Im hoping they haven't shown us its other two modes in order to uphold the suspense factor and not because it might look crap.. Crossing fingers its other modes look bad ass! Love the look in fighter mode but worried that gerwalk and battroid might end up like another VF-4 and be kinda ugly in its other modes.. oops I did say I wasn't going to bash on the VF-4 anymore.. but its still a genuine concern. And I like the colors too! We haven't really had any tacky colored looking Valks up until now (re-issue Fire Valkyrie aside) so this one is welcome!
