the A/C weight penalty on a small car in particular I'd be happy to go without but what car these days doesn't come with power windows? Haven't seen a new car with manual windows in ages! Problem with the parts bin thing is many of those parts won't have been designed with a micro sports car minimum weight in mind. I'd say many of the components will be bespoke for this car.

gorgeous old Super Connie!

im not a fan of the DB5 but that scale model is still mighty impressive! Shame you could easily tell in Skyfall that the car was a model and not the real thing.. Geez how hard could it have been to just make a 1:1 scale model of the bloody thing or just re-body an existing similarly sized car!?

Week Aussie dollar yes but im still keeping my pre-orders. I simply have no choice as I want them too badly. I had originally ordered 2, then bumped it up to 3, then 4 and finally 5 of which one was for my son but he's since changed his mind and now I think I'll only get 3. That'll give me one each for Battroid & Gerwalk and one for the Reactive Armor set. I've also done a back flip on my original decision not to order a VF-4G and ordered one so I can display one in Battroid also.. This hobby is like a roller coaster!

Worst Science Fiction Film of All Time II: The Quickening
spanner replied to areaseven's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
agreed! San Andreas was pretty woeful.. I only watched it cos my son wanted to and we both hated it. I too was a little puzzled as to why Dwayne Johnson singed on for this unless the movie sounded better on paper than it eventually turned out to be? But then again other movies he's done such as Furious7 for example which was also frighteningly horrendous! He probably got paid a few cool million for it so ultimately why would he care..- 854 replies

so how much you want for the plans!? Absolutely!

if that was the case then I'll gladly take the 1:35 VF-1!

Cool looking little car and a interesting concept to rival the Mazda but i think the $12k price is a bit optimistic.. even if they kept it as bare bones as possible then around $20k is more realistic price and it'll still be cheap.

just noticed the rear vertical stabilizers are folded down.. which way are they meant to sit when the Valk is fitted with Armor parts? Just curious.. still a great photo! -
