Like I said I cant help but feel a little concern regarding the "all new transformation" as I hope it doesn't end up being something awkward looking like the Konig Monster does.. or even the VF-4 other modes. The next question is then when will the rest of us mere mortals get to start watching Delta??

I didn't get round to listening to the podcast but I figured as much seeing that any details of its transformation got no mention.. in a way im starting to gain a little concern about how it might look in its other modes. Did they sacrifice its other modes purely in order to obtain that Draken look in fighter mode!?!? Please oh please don't end up being total crap..

ah yes.. it would seem many navy fighters do have grey colored frames.. More than I thought! But for me I prefer the black frame on my Shin as I think it helps break up all that grey which to me seem too much. Adds a nice contrast. And for me doing my own custom touch was a big thing as I usually shy away doing personal customs most due to the fear factor of screwing it up. Especially considering the cost of these bloody things..

i know it's no longer anime accurate but i just never liked the grey colored frame.. im curious as to why they did that in the anime as it doesn't follow the trend of most if not all many other fighter aircraft with black painted canopy frames. After all it is done for a reason (as far as I was aware). Im happy with how it looks now as before it looked unfinished. edited..

OK so its been bugging me ever since I got em and then the photo of the Lolicon's VF-0S finally pushed me over the edge to paint the cockpit canopy frame of my VF-0A black to match the 0S & 0D.. It was a pain in the arse to do as in my middle age I don't seem to have the once steady hands of my youth so it was a slow process. I think it turned out quite well actually! I'll definitely do my other VF-0A also! I'll go over it again once the paint properly dries. Let me know what you guys think!

yes definitely blue jeans not a YF-21.. But knowing our luck they'll probably just a straight re-issue and not do a renewal.. if they had planned a renewal YF-21 then we definitely would have heard something about it already. I'll happily replace all my 21 & 22's for renewals versions but I ain't gonna be touching any re-issues that's for sure!

never particularly cared much for those add on parts personally so mine definitely won't be displayed with em.. Much prefer the clean look!

looks pretty good! Cant wait to get mine! Just checked postage tracking and mine have processed through the metro sort facility. Will be surprised if they deliver it tomorrow being a public holiday so most likely Tuesday.

so theoretically then the HWR Monster should be nearly as tall as a v2 VF-1 in battroid.. Or at least im hoping so.

still have my fingers crossed for a before new years arrival.. with two public holidays during next week only gives me a 3 day window of opportunity and Christmas rush usually slows things down considerably.. although I might have one of those 3 days off to be home to accept them. If worse comes to worse then it'll be the following week. Heck I've waited long enough so whats a few extra days gonna harm..

i cant say that I particularly liked the original and given that there are quite a few poor reviews about the remake already then I'll definitely not be making time specifically to see it..
