bloody beautiful mate! excellent work! my only gripe (and its only minor) is the student and instructor decals I think would have looked better smaller say half their current size perhaps..? either way no complaints!

hey no worries! ahhh but don't forget in episode 2 of SDFM when Hikaru used the gun pod to kill that Zentradi and that was a VF-1D! hehe!

its very easy actually! there is a small slot in the belly of the plane and the gun pod grip fits nice and snug into!

a neighbor of ours where I lived as a child had one of these in silver and every time he drove it out we'd gaze in amazement as it rolled past! Even after the Z32 came out I always felt it never had the visual appeal the older model had.. But I guess that's probably due to the fact I also loved the 240, 260 & 280 models too! Lovely cars!

Im starting to think the cannon fodder variants are slowly becoming my preferred type. Kinda getting over the fancy pants colors schemes of the main characters Valkyrie's. It would be nice if they pulled things back a little to a more realistic or more generic pattern like most real life air forces around the world do. Yes I know there still are some fancy looking squadrons out there but damn it would be nice if there wasn't so much over coloring going on. Also.. not being such a big fan of the 171 to begin with but im quite diggin this! And I reckon I'd snap one up if they do release it!

I had an item (a 1:18 Autoart car if I remember correctly) come from America and after it went through Australia posts sort facility it then got redirected to Wellington New Zealand.. it friggin landed in Sydney then gets sent overseas again!? How this happens is beyond me!

Thanks for the update Jason! Regarding and fan blades.. im happy with the intake being the orange and the fan blades themselves a grey color. Or if you're wanting to streamline the build process then what ever you feel it should be is fine with me.

yikes!! you guys sure are pretty robust in that respect! I had a fall on my mtb a few weeks ago resulting in a heavy concussion, a few seizures and a week in hospital!
