    ahhh yes indeed they would! As you already know all the VF-25 super packs are the same color with the only difference being the highlighted colors for each specific character.. I use a set of Michael's supers on my Prophecy.

    i heard they were made of paper mache! LOL! This guy was a used example I traded from another MW forum member but is in fantastic condition considering it had been transformed numerous times! Most joints are all still tight! The Prophecy on the other hand was brand new and only transformed once but its hip joints were floppy out of the box.. I also have the add on parts for the 171 but I prefer the more slender look without. I reckon they look too busy with them fitted.. You are referring to the 25A's super parts yes? They are a different color actually! Isamu's supers are a kinda brownie color and the 25A's supers are a blue color..

    not sure if you've done any research on these earlier version toys as they really aren't anywhere near the quality, sophistication and accuracy of the v2+ toys. But if you have and you're happy with what they are then by all means go for it! Besides to get your hands on a v2 VF-1D these days you'll be looking at least 3 - 4 + more times the cost for one. what he said..

    Yes this is true and were exactly my thoughts when I first heard about it but then seeing the statue itself I quickly stopped caring about that little detail. But hey you never know how Alien species can differ in certain aspects..

    My NECA Aliens drop ship finally arrived. Can't say im overly impressed by it.. but it looks ok I guess. The little APC is very cute though! Being mostly die-cast it has some weight to it and will make a nice little desk ornament / paperweight..

    hehe! my wallet vaporized years ago! my original plan when I restated my collection was to stick to SDFM TV & DYRL Valks and not touch anything else but that plan fell apart pretty quickly!

    I just googled your idea and I have to admit I think it would actually work very well! A little less blue would look quite good! I have always though the VF-25G was a little color saturated..

    mine should be arriving pretty soon so who knows depending on what I think of it then I might very well have one available for purchase shortly afterwards!

    Congrats on your fine purchase! and you chose a very nice example to start with! And the VF-25A will certainly make another fine addition! You can get Luca's RVF-25 for cheap these days as many seem to have become shelf warmers.. just a thought as I know the color isn't to everyone's tastes.. The other problem will be if you start getting a few more then you'll want to complete the collection and buy the lot! The pre-orders for the Delta Valks aren't really that far off now (as far as I am aware anyways) so I doubt we'll see many other re-issues pop up between now and then but who knows eh.. There are still some VF-25 variants available from several places so you still have purchase options and besides there really isn't any difference between the original renewal toys and the re-issues in terms of improvements or upgrades. Though some places still want silly money for certain variants so a re-issue will be priced a lot more reasonably. Either way I hope you enjoy your Valkyrie purchasing adventure!
