thanks Mr B! Yeah was good! hehe! yeah Macross should always be first but when you're getting letters from places threatening legal action for overdue payments it kinda gets you thinking otherwise.. So anyways I bit the bullet and paid off some medical bills today. But no money at all left for anything else..

I wonder if they ever gave any thought to even partial transformation capability?? even just a legs down half gerwalk! And yes it would be interesting to see if someone does hack the kit to do that! Or at least now that it has been suggested that someone will actually give it a go!

yeah those exposed shoulder hinges are pretty ugly.. ET had a few ugly joints and hinges on their VF-2 also..

hehe! yeah.. that's true. Although you're now making me feel rather guilty for buying that Hikaru figure as I bought it from the Robotech website even though it is labelled as a Macross figure.. dang it! My money has gone towards supporting HG's evil ways...

oh.. fair enough then. Sure sucks to have such a short life span though given how unpredictable life is to begin with! And poor little Freyja will look like an old bag in as little as 5 years! And like she should be in a nursing home in 10 years! LOL!

surprised to hear about that damage to fuel line as you'd expect technicians who work on these fighters to know what they are doing and not do silly and potentially dangerous things like that!?!? from what I read about ongoing fighter maintenance that it must be full on and never ending! how many hours of maintenance are needed to every flight hour for an F-16? must be a pretty awesome job to work on em! being responsible for such a high performance machine!

this does look very promising! i kinda do like it! as Jenius pointed out, the feet are a little too narrow and the intakes are a tad too high making the head look like its sitting too low between them. But still looks good overall. and I do like the small figures!

Cool, well then the way I see it is its still a 3rd party toy being produced by someone other than Takara/Hasbro.. (as you mentioned) And yes its a knock off but I don't quite see it as direct knock off as its been enlarged and has numerous detail changes and improvements. Personally I think its different enough to be its own toy outright. ok moving on.. -

ahhh... I kinda thought anything other than a Takara toy were all 3rd party/knock offs.. I guess im still not up to the TF toy market lingo yet.. probably a good thing too! I did have some type of strange icecream whilst in the UK but I forgot the name of it.. I did ask the chick at the restaraunt and she said what ever it was is similar.. hehe! and yes I though the same.. -

Right with you on that one buddy! All i have are two 3rd party toys but they are quite impressive, not to mention so many more out there like the Fans Toys Dinobots for example really make it a hard decision not to pull the trigger and buy more of them! Must.Remain.Focused.On.Macross! -
