I've noticed people criticize white cars but I really like the color! I wouldn't have got my SS in any other color to be honest. Yeah the beast is going great! Nearly 5000kms now.. took it in to work over the weekend and gave it a good detailing. She was sparkling and then I got caught in a surprise rain shower two days after! sigh..

Yeah I did notice her left arm moves a little which im sure is done in order to find the best possible position to hold her helmet but has anyone had issues with her continually dropping her helmet? Has happened a few times already and I just cant seem able to find that sweet spot so it doesn't fall out. Woke up this morning and sure enough it had fallen out again..

absolutely! I have to agree completely. What one has to realize is they are providing a service in which we the customers are paying for. Upon receiving payment from the customer NY are now obligated to fulfill that service and any issues in regards to delivering that service should not fall back on to the customer. The customer should also be notified should an issue arise, Its as simple as that. Im sure there is a specific section in the forum for discussing vendor related issues so we should probably get back to topic eh..

do those coatings specify that they offer any uv protection?

it could just come down to inconsistencies in the material mix during manufacturing which results in some yellowing and others not. Certain batches not receiving enough of what ever chemical is added to help resist uv rays or plastic degradation thus causing the discoloration. This is just a guess of course..

I have heard of renewals yellowing but only very minimal and to more extreme sunlight exposure. So yeah having a particular piece yellow so strongly does beg the question which version you have..

yeah same! her spot here is only temporary until her 31 arrives. If you haven't already emailed NY then I'd email them again. Keep it polite and just ask when they expect to ship your item out.

there is always the possibility but who knows.. I guess I wouldn't mind another VF-0S, though im much more interested in getting my hands on the "unknown soldier" VF-0A variant. Is that even still planned for release? Has anyone heard anything else about it?

rest in peace Captain Apollo. I loved watching re-runs of the original series when I was kid. Shame it only went for one season. I also didn't mind Galactica 1980 either.

hahaha! no incriminating photos.. (that's what my ex has) He does have to pay or trade me for it though! I wish I could but sadly im not able to be that generous and give away expensive toys such as Valkyries! LOL!

just went and picked up my Mirage figure from the post office. Haven't had a chance to open up the box for a closer inspection as im still at work but from what I can see from outside the box she looks pretty nice! Rockin an insane figure in her flight suit that's for sure!

yeah but as long as they don't stuff around with their customers too much then I won't have any issues to continue using them.. but I have noticed a change with them in the last 12 months especially. Maybe a change of management or tightening of the profit screws perhaps?
