    and I really like those leg missile pods! are they missile pods? wot ev's.. I still like em! The shoulder missile pods should've been a bit narrower to match the line art..

    I wanted it in one part to keep it simple to make. I figured I needed it to be at least 200mm long.

    that looks great! Sadly I don't have any design software or a 3d printer so my idea was somewhat less elegant.. hope you can understand my shoddy design drawing! LOL! clearly this is just a rough plan as the proportions aren't quite how they would need to be.. but you can get the general idea.

    yes the yetistand is an option but I think I have come up with a simple fishing line solution. I will need to have the Valkyrie's landing gear extended for it to work and I cut up some small brackets out of thin strips of aluminum with a small hole to thread the fishing line through at either end. I figure I'll only need one length of line which will hook around the Valkyrie and hold it nicely in place! I'll post some pics when I get one setup. I might even be able to use some composite sheeting we have at work too! It is a bit thicker but its a much nicer cleaner finished material and being white in color will blend in the background a lot better. Though its a bit trickier to bend into shape without damaging. Still an option to consider.

    hate to bring up a sore topic but im still sooo bummed about Bill Paxton.. I watched Aliens over the weekend and I actually got a bit teary at some scenes! geez im getting so easily emotional in my older age..

    that's quite interesting how you have one of your VF-0D on display like that! Even though yours is on the display stand, I had been considering mounting some Valkyries on the back glass of my displays to free up some room. Just gotta figure out how to do that..

    that's true, unless you go with one of those Sony phones with the high spec camera then you're always gonna struggle taking decent quality shots. I guess the camera on my Note 5 isn't too bad but they could be a lot better. I had been meaning to buy a proper camera for a while now but find it hard to justify the money when I could be spending that money on Valkyries or cars! LOL!
