im just keenly curious to see if they have actually made any improvements to the original design! Which I kinda doubt anyways.. So maybe I'd pick up one for that reason. And or maybe to customize..

from what I have heard my understanding is the LED lighting has no effect on the plastics.. I've had my cabinets lit with LEDs for a number of years now and have not seen any change in the coloring of the plastics.

would the (build yourself) kit versions even of the less popular items such as Destroids be an option for Arcadia? Certainly there would be significant savings not having to build and paint them? I'd definitely pick up a few more kits.

I'd definitely go white. Which is what im now replacing mine with as the originals were a kind of daylight white but are bit warm in color and too weak brightness..

hehe! no way! your lighting looks great! im actually in the process of replacing all the old LED lighting in all my display cabinets for higher quality strips. Brighter and whiter light. The old ones are a bit too yellowy and some parts flicker occasionally.. Bout bloody time! Well I certainly do hope you see it for the weekend!

if they do re-issue any brownies im sure it'll be the DYRL versions to go with the other ones they have already done.. which is fine I guess as I'll happily grab a few more. they haven't re-issued any TV variants as yet eh? -

I guess.. and being so cheap will be a better option for customization! rather than using expensive genuine / originals.

not that I want to support a KO toy manufacturer but it would interesting to get a hands on with one to see how well they are made? Might be good for spare parts though!
