thanks for that but I just bit the bullet and ordered one at NY.. the overall price is a tad lower as is their EMS shipping charge and even with MyK's 50% deposit now and pay later I'd still have to pay the balance so I figured it was easier to knock it over in full now. My worry was umming and ahhing about it for too long and potentially missing out on a better price.

yeah I do love the fact it comes with good looking landing gear but as a whole package I think the parts set are a bit pricey. I just need a little more time to think about it. yeah that's an idea. I'll have to discuss this with someone and see if they want to buy their set with mine and we'll share the shipping costs..

It was just the other day I went to order the Lil Draken set but on checkout it worked out to exactly half the cost of what I paid for the actual Draken (including shipping) and I found myself unable to pull the trigger on it.. Yeah the parts are cool but im just not sure if I want them enough to justify their cost.

Ahhh yes indeedI do recall the VT-1 having bad shoulder joints. As did the first example I had. Also the colored nav lights would crumble away. Luckily my 2nd one has no issues! I do have a custom Alaska base VF-1A but having a factory made example would be nice! And yes something completely new colors would be a treat!

started up a bus we had in the workshop one afternoon and it went runaway! was a mad scramble to get the mechanics up to try stop it. Luckily they did but the noise of the thing revving its tits off was insane! and kinda scary..

I guess this answers the question whether or not Arcadia still had the license for the TV variants. Yeah the VT & VE variants would be nice for those who never got the original releases but personally I'd prefer to see them do other TV variants such as the VF-1D and Cavaliers. I think they have done enough movie editions.

hehe! I can't take any credit at all as im sure many (hundreds) of others have also taken the plunge! Im certainly very eager to see the end result! and as with their VF-4G re-issue, I expect little to no improvements in build or finish quality. though I wonder if they will offer a premium version of them this time round as they did with the VF-1S..

I can't say im that excited about Messer's 31F.. Yes its still great to get another VF-31 variant but the paint scheme I think is a bit boring and I don't like the head. Im just gonna leave it in fighter mode and not bother transforming it.. Mirage's 31C on the other hand im much more excited about! but the end of September is the better part of six months away..
