    Howdy. I missed the deadline for the Moscato resin model competition in mid December.. This is the project. It's near completion, so I thought i would share. This is a Megaroad Zentradi Regult , heavy support for Skull squadron πŸ˜‰ It's in need of a few touch ups and such. In particular, i need to replace the old skull squadron water slide on the back hatch . It didn't come out proper, so I'll replace it with a newer one. Also the main laser canons need some details and the heavy missiles want to be light grey , IMO. Will also touch up the white on the teeth, etc. Also, the led eye is frosted. Sanding didn't really help, I would like for it to have been clear acrylic or something..well, hope you all enjoy, thanks for watching. See you next Deculture! PS the design was inspired by this..!

    Considering M&M also had each their own, in customary colors. I can't help but wonder if they were a bit ahead of the curve, as far as accusations of new VF's. Considering their status and such. Granted, I'm sure Max was subject to nuns bureaucracy as any macross commander. Nevertheless, i wonder if they had "preferred " treatment in the slightest. This has been discussed before. But, those Queadluun Regults , ((ZBP-106 Rigādo) we saw in the first episode of Delta, I'm assuming were a General Galaxy creation. Piloted by Zentradi (as opposed to Meltran pilots) , designed to bring the Regult up to Queedluun capabilities. Is there technical data on those or the improved maneuvering 104 ?

    They be welded... Ya scoring along the seems maybe. Definitely dremel with a cutting wheel. Big mess, heavy repair. Depends how bad you wanna change it..

    First episode was cool. Not ground breaking, but I enjoyed it. The environment is well done. The action seemed well paced. The music fits. I don't see how this is an alternative reality, as some have said. It seems to fit just fine with the existing material. Looking forward to more.

    I'm not sure what's "canon" in Batman. Considering how many Batman titles and spin offs were out , back in the nineties, Batman was already practically a multiverse. And TDKR was obviously borrowed from heavily in the movie with Bat Affleck fighting Superman. On another note. It's interesting how they keep going back , over and over , to Batman's beginning. It's like stylized versions of groundhogs day..

    The bat mobile was a tank in Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns. That was published in 1986..

    Who knows.? It could happen easily as another in universe story. That would certainly be awesome, as much as i will always love the original. It would also be a good opportunity to tie in all the retcon's as well.

    It is underwhelming, considering the decades of past Bat mobile designs. True. But i like it. And I agree with @azrael on the context here. The development and evolution of Batman and his gear is often overlooked.

    Finding myself more interested in season 2 of Loki. Though it brings up many more questions than Hawk-Eye, lol. That Loki series is off the rails ! 😁

    Lol. Ya. I haven't collected comics in many years. In the end i was just collecting SW comics, before Disney bought it.. These days, I don't buy them, unless it's something by Tsutomu Nihei. Or , maybe , Frank Miller..

    A question for those paying attention. Why was the watch so important? I know it was his wife's watch, got that part. And i know it was found at the Avengers complex post destruction. But there seemed to be some unspoken signal as to it's true importance. Maybe i missed something obvious, i will admit i spent the whole time working on the new Hasegawa VF-1J Armored battroid..πŸ€”

    Finished Hawk Eye. So, Kingpin ,eh..? If we're talking cameos, it should have been Peter Parker. But then everyone would've been standing around while he mopped up. And ya, the big guy was full on hit with a car before , so I can't imagine he was not fighting 100%. Overall , entertaining enough. Yes. But very light & soft served. I never felt anyone was in mortal peril. And you know King Pin ain't dead.

    Any idea if Max's YF has any armament or performance differences from previous iterations? I get the idea each is unique, but.. I understand. It also sells over seas. I just think a new story with an older VF would also sell. New livery, some custom variant. Bandai and co. Could just as easily milk those molds as well. My example of the VF-24 would at least be "new" in many regards, IMO. Exactly.

    Perhaps so. I don't know how it all works. But I suspect, even if he did want to move on, the "powers that be " would've said "hold on son, we're not done milking walkure.." Yes, this does seem predictable, hence my original statement about the VF-24. That could be a current story or as far back as 10 years. Perhaps with all this Delta success, slipping in something along the lines of a Macross Zero style OVA would be a great opportunity to expand and offer more diversity. Crazy talk, i know. Just to be clear , I'm NOT talking about the same as M.0 ,at all . Just taking us back to a previous point and telling another story. maybe they could take a point or two from S(tar) W(ars).. Same here. VF-171 Story please ..

    Now would be a good time for a Macross OVA featuring the VF-24. Bring it into the fold, (no pun intended 😜) . Considering it's the basis for so many VF's.. The technical info and variants would be awesome, ( you all know you want another Master File 😜) As it's still considered to have tech even the latest production VF's don't.

    IMO it's intended to be put together with cement. A few of the instructions specifically point out no glue ( as the assumption is glue is being used on everything else) for that awesome 5 degree rotation @kajnrig mentioned. I was wondering what the point was also. Lol. Well , every little bit helps for that perfect pose ! Also , as you mentioned, the batroid knee cap is not gonna stay on without cement. Getting that leg back on the armor after attaching said knee cap is gonna be tight.. My armored knee cap is nice and snug, as the two armored sides sandwich it well , on my particular kit. Overall i love this kit. And there are no big surprises , if you're familiar with Hasegawa kits. The Regult is going to be interesting. Looking forward to checking it out. I still need my VF-1S Strike in gerwalk mode too.!

    TROS will be avoided for years. IMO. They've gotten us all gaga over the golden years spin offs now. Obi-wan , Bobba, etc. (where's Windu?!) And we are supposedly getting this High Republic content, coming soon. Indeed Rian Johnson's forthcoming "trilogy" we no nothing about, EXCEPT that it will have nothing to do with TROS and will have NO familiar characters. A new story , someplace else in the SW universe. And there always has been lots of room for more great content in SW. But not much has actually been done. So i think (for some time) they'll keep dancing around the train wreck Skywalker trilogy. And raking in the cash with theme parks and baby yoda's. And golden age spin offs. Hopefully the new , original content will be good..

    Eden seems to be a bit of a crown jewel. I would assume it has formidable orbital and system defenses. Obviously not to the level of Earth. But still..
