    I enjoyed this particular episode more than the others. Overall, this series isn't as awesome as it could be. But I'm still enjoying the ride. The airframe is the same as a snow speeder. But it's probably different under the hood. In the SW universe, we see these in various environments and missions. In fact, I believe the snow speeders themselves were originally modified for Hoth conditions. While I don't own any SW technical books , I'm just speaking from watching and reading other content.

    I expect the Macross variable fighter master file is going to be slim on details. Although now would be a great time for a full bodied and detailed description for the VF-31 line in general.

    As i said before, I expected more cameos. Which may or may not hijack the show. Ewan's presence as Obi Wan is hard to high jack, even with questionable writing. We can go back and forth all day about why this and why that. I'm just gonna sit back and watch. And that includes the other forthcoming shows and seasons.

    No one really knew where Obi Wan was hiding. It took ten years for someone like Reva to come along and figure it out. Apparently. Even then, are we sure that she knew he was on Tatooine? Or was it just a hunch? And when Obi Wan and Vader meet again (in this series) I doubt it will be on Tatooine. Everyone will think Obi Wan is dead or vanished, by the end of it. And he will go back to looking after Luke. BTW, let's remember that tatooine is very backwater, probably no one even knows Luke's last name. And it's a given that he was successfully hidden from the empire until ANH.

    Yes. The only principle people I expect to be alive after this series is Obi Wan and Vader . Not counting the kids , of course. I also do expect a few more cameos. Obi wan name drops my favorite jedi, in episode 3, but I doubt he'll show. I'm certainly not blown away by this series so far , although i am enjoying the ride.

    Based on when The Mandalorian takes place, there's so much going on. It would be difficult not to have some crossover. As long as it's not too excessive, it could be a good thing.

    Lol. Ya. But i wonder if those creepies from Galaxy are still lurking somewhere. As far as colony fleets VF's. I still think the 171 is the best bang for their buck.

    Ya, the intro/recap to Obi Wan was good enough. I hope they didn't introduce Vaders identity just to help out the viewers..🤔

    Good point there , bruv. Ole Georgie was being too thorough, as we know Obi Wan is well aware of who Vader is by the time of ANH. It certainly looks like the cat is completely out of the bag, right away, with this series. But maybe 3rd sister is one of the few privy to this info..🤷

    It may depend on what you mean by " immediately cut ties" with Earth. I'm sure monkey models would be available to most fleets, that can afford it. The VF-25 is certainly for sale , in all it's glory. I'm not sure Galaxy wouldn't sell more than a redacted version of their 27, a la non cyborg models. Of course, no one is getting the VF-24, outside of Earth.

    Perhaps it's just weaker minds. And it would still require close proximity. She couldn't read Owen's mind.

    Read about this a few weeks back. There is some good comic book content that covers this. I hope we get to see some in animated form.

    I honestly wasn't expecting greatness from this Obi Wan series. That's the mistake of most SW fans these days. So i was quite happy to sit back and watch.. Many an Easter egg and cameo , I enjoyed. And watching a beat down ( for 10 years!) Obi Wan was interesting. I'll definitely keep watching. And for everyone who's got problems with the series , so far, who's NOT gonna watch more ? 🤔
