On that note, as far as we know, isn't the Marduk we see in Lover's Again the only Marduk fleet? That we know of..

Very interesting..🤔

I thought Macross 7's mainstay was the VF-11. And later, as of Frontier era would've adopted the 171 . And , of course. a smaller wing of VF-19's. How many , I couldn't guess. But I didn't imagine 7 (or anyone) could afford 19's as their mainstay.

Yes, it's too bad they can't bring in Din Jarin to save the show , like they did for The Book of BoBa . 😆

As i mentioned it with the Starkiller reference. It's already been done and an established ability. Though SK's was even more over the top, admittedly. But going from pulling down a small starship to flinging planets is rather an exaggerated stretch.

I enjoyed this last episode more than the previous episodes. I liked Vaders Starkiller move. But with one episode to go, I'm afraid Obi Wan still isn't the best series they've done..

I didn't know Joaquin was confirmed yet. Gaga will be perfect for this. It's got to be pretty damn good , to be able to pull off as a musical.

I'm looking forward to finding out.

Lol. Hilarious 😆 I mostly agree with all that. That would be an interesting twist. And could be fun.

I like it. And we believe VA's would have sharp enough weapons to slice and impale a predator up pretty good. But more than that, we've seen predators killed by their own weapons plenty of times. That's what I'm betting on. And I'm sure she figures out the clay trick to be invisible.

Yes you do @royard people look there all the time.

That's a good question! I believe "speeder" is quite loosely used in SW. I'd say speeders, of all types, skim the ground quite low and don't have a sealed cockpit. Sand speeders, and speeder bikes being an example . Larger, combat optimized speeders, such as the snow speeder, seem to have the greatest ceiling height. But still have limits. They cant leave the atmosphere or fly in space. But they do have a proper cockpit. I believe what they all have in common is that their intended and primary use is to transport who or whatever at fast speeds low, relative to the terrain.

Lol. You watched ESB right? The surface temperature of Hoth is way colder , they didn't even fly them at night ,("your Taun taun will freeze before you reach the first marker!") And where they entered the mother ship, It was just above the clouds in Obi wan, not even that high . And I don't think we've ever seen these operating in space or stratospheric conditions. Snow speeder was an appropriate name as they were flying and skimming over snow on Hoth. The point being, they were called snow speeders based on where they were being operated and maintained. Oh and here's another one , if you want . What was Lukes speeder called in ANH?😜

They became known as snow speeders because of the modifications needed to deal with the extreme cold atmospheric conditions of Hoth. Anything sharing the same airframe would be called something else. Yes , in the comics Vos ' escape from order 66 is told. And some important events in his life afterwards. I'll spare the spoilers . 😉 Though it does, IMO, leave room for him to pop up every now and then .

True enough. Most of which being scary and destructive. They're a great role model of what not to do 😅 -

Humans are still how many thousands of years behind the Protoculture, in space exploration? While we've certainly followed in their footsteps with some technology, I don't see us getting that far along any time soon. VF wise, with the VF-24,25 , 27,29,31. To name just a few , we have so much advanced tech emerging. There's still so much ripe opportunities for more stories with what we've got. With great VF's. Personally I'd love more mecha and story action with the VF-171.
