  1. That's a good point. Yes, it's curious they haven't done the VF-1D batroid.
  2. I managed to eek along some today. Worked a bit on the VF-4 Enigma. Landing gear and gear doors, prepped pilot and missiles. Much more devil in the details to do.. Also worked some on the Moscato Tomahawk. I pinned the ankles , knees (both points on each knee) hips , waist and shoulders, so far. For maximum pose ability. Gonna switch hats, at some point, and really focus on finishing the Super Lancer too.. See you Space Cowboys next Deculture..
  3. The VF-31X still doesn't sound like it's cheap enough to mass produce. It may never be, until Fold Quartz is readily available. And if Fold Quartz is easy enough to obtain or synthesize well, at that point, the VF 31-AX will be canon fodder... I feel like they're getting a bit ahead of themselves with the latest VF's and all their fanciness. Remember, the VF-171 is probably still the main use VF for most immigrant fleets. The VF-25 is probably still the "new hotness ", en mass. But , i know they're very much in the business of selling toys and models too. Shizuma Quartz 😜
  4. +1 @pengbuzz 👍🏼
  5. Yes indeed. The previous explanation you enlightened us to, illustrates the Kairos Plus as a bit of a Frankenstein.
  6. Watanabe strikes me as someone who has learned not to pull punches. Hollywood has left it's mark. He also names the producer he hated working with and would've punched, working on the Animatrix.
  7. I would hope so. I have a few of the older 1/72 Bandai Spartans. They're horrible. I built one with my kid sometime ago. I was looking at it the other day, trying to figure out how to improve it. And it would require so much work, I would go crazy.!
  8. The Spartan seems to be the most difficult, of the SDFM Destroids, to translate into model form, IMO. I have yet to see one that actually looks good.
  9. 1/48 VF-1D would be great. And certainly cheaper and more customizable than the Bandai toy. Still, it would be a new mold. Same for the 1/72 version batroid, Its a different chest piece, as well as canopy and head. Even so, I'm actually surprised Hase hasn't done these yet
  10. That would be a new mold, for sure. Armored Tornado would be cool. I believe Bandai did one. Oh please, don't hold back.! 😜
  11. Cool ! Enter Black Adam to save the day. Though he more than likely made a deal with Superman (the US govt. ) to stay in his own sand box. Speaking of Superman , Henry Cavill cameo please. (I know he got axed from reprising his role as Superman..)
  12. Wow ! She's such a Baller 🤩 I just can't get into these CGI clips, as much as i like the music.. https://www.instagram.com/tv/Cn4RZNpORJo/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
  13. Is this a tease to sell out tickets.? https://www.instagram.com/p/Cn4owBoy3Ap/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=
  14. Honestly couldn't say. It's been some time since they've done a "new fighter mold" , rather than a repaint with different decals. Since Macross isn't, by far, their only game in town, they seem content to make us wait. I'm not even sure they still hold a Macross Plus license (M7..?). Let alone , have acquired the Macross 30 license.🤷 Yes ! Lol. This thread is mostly a wish list ! 😅
  15. Very nice presentation and packaging.
  16. Box looks cool! Very much as a Collectable, in mind.
  17. I missed this news ! Not sure if was posted already.. https://www.slashfilm.com/1122488/gamera-rebirth-everything-we-know-so-far-about-the-new-kaiju-movie-coming-to-netflix/
  18. It's Bandai.🤷 But I think i found out how they go through the process to decide which products to release..
  19. Great ! I hope Wave (and Hasegawa..?) are taking notes !
  20. Right! But I don't need that one..😜
  21. Good. Now they can focus on the Quedlunn Rau and Nousjadeul-Ger.!
