    Nice one
  2. Did some of this today, as well..Some cutting and tamiya epoxy fill on minor air bubbles and voids.. These lovely Engine details are all buggered up with resin balls! Those are missles you’re also looking at.. Much better.. More dry fitting.. And problems.. the back piece, which holds the engine nozzles is a bit oversized . Once nice, tight joints between the lateral thrusters and the main fuselage are now huge gaps, I don’t want to deal with filling.. Though there’s not a lot of tolerance, I’ll trim the edges of the back plate and lose some details. But I doubt it’s going to be noticeable with all the nozzles installed and the lateral engines attached tightly. ..And the details are lovely! Speed brakes on the underside fit so perfectly snug, they hold themselves open. Though it looks cool , I think they should be turned with the circles facing in. The underside sensor pod is a softer resin and, seemingly rougher around the edges than everything else..
  3. Love that part Haha! Ya, but not canon
  4. Working on some of the lower half now.. The upper thigh/hip guards are a bit tight, need some carving.. You can see , in this blurry pic, the holes need to line up, and don’t. Almost there with one.. Phew! Almost busted out the dremmel tool..still need to fill and sand out seems on the Hasegawa. In due time.. More sprues to cut off and cut down, & preping for sanding, etc. Todays work!
  5. Oh right. Wasn’t that the scene where all the animators were giving a shout out to each other? Slightly different angle..
  6. I would snatch multiple copies of that!
  7. I’m very curious about that too.. Here’s my stealth 1A, took it off the book shelf to photo it. This baby needs a good cleaning and a custom treatment!
  8. That’s a very tempting offer @ChristopherB .. My hands are itching for that! But I’m not sure I could juggle that into my current project load A video tutorial would be mighty helpful around these parts..
  9. Never thought I’d see Bandai doing Soace Marines. I wonder what their Tau would look like, as they’re the most anime mecha inspired ( and my favorite) armies of Warhammer 40K..
  10. Just thought I’d ask..as these are hard to come by..is anyone able to print water slides of these in 1/72 or other scales?
  11. Thanks very much for putting that together. It makes for a very insightful and interesting read. A sequel to M7 would blow many minds! Let’s hope they give him permission one day to let the dogs out!
