    These are all fantastic! my personal favorite is the blue roses “blue” ! I keep coming back to these paint schemes as possible ideas for my current works!

    Lol! Same here! Except I’ll never quit this hobby! amd now I can focus on my 1/72 collection that needs building. And HMR side swiped me, so Bandai is still getting my dosh..

    Hadn’t had as much time last few days, I was able to get a start on some sanding and cleaning the other night.. It can be slow going and I often find myself getting lost in crevices and valleys under high end magnification..I like to have the tray of water underneath for easy rinsing and keeping nasty dust way down.. I’ve made some of my own minor repairs here and there that are now ready for final shaping and sanding.. But in some areas , I see qc had stepped in and did their own final repairs and fill with a clear and , in some places, white resin, before vacuum sealing everything. Very impressive! And a major time saver! Phew! The lower half took hours, nonetheless. I’m hoping to finish sanding and rinsing the rest of the kit in my next session.. That’s the scoopuda for now. Cheers!

    Very cool @Kuma Style ! I like this toy! 1) It doesn’t look like it and I didn’t notice when you went through articulation of the legs, but do the knee guards pivot back and forth or any direction? They’re fixed? 2) I really like the “launch arm” style of the 3rd party stand! 3) it’s very hard not to see Gundam, in all of these “original” robot toys. But that makes a certain amount of sense. Cheers!

    This has always been my longest lasting favorite Valkyrie. And even though this release is bad a$$ primo overtechnology, I’ll pass on the insanity of trying to get one right away, or ever. I’m still happy with my Yamato version ..or until I start sh**ing silver dollars.

    Hello friends. This weeks episode: TRANSFORMATION!! With the exception of the VF-4 Lighting, I’ve never transformed any of my HMR VF’s. So here we go.. I give the instructions the once over and begin.. ...and the left arm pops off.. It goes back on easily enough. And I manage to complete the transformation to fighter mode without too many more hassles. Now installing super parts.. Getting things sorted out and aligned..ironically, I’m having trouble with the left leg pegging in , rather than the hacked right side. And everything pegs in and lines up! Thanks for watching!     Had a little time today.. scribing nooks and crannies to reveal clean lines, booger free.. All these parts are castings of the same sculpt for each set. Obviously, it makes sense to do so but.. The Arm guards will just need some cutting and sanding for the sake of symmetry . But the left shoulder has a good size gap that will require extra attention.. And the armored missile shoulders are beveled on the same side on the inside, which may require some adjustments for a symmetrical fit.. These also need some work, cutting out flashing and booger’s.. This one (below pic) is a little bit fubar. Not sure how I’m gonna fix it yet.. Next episode will be a lot of sanding and test fitting..
