    The latest trilogy: Tried too hard copying the original trilogy. Tried too hard trying to be different than the original trilogy. It all came out looking lazy.. Now back to our regular Mando thread.. I fully expect Bill Burr to come back, at least once. And we all know that technically our mando hero is now THE Mandalore. There's gonna be a whole kerfuffle over that..

    I watched the original. It was a draw. (Mostly) Kong swimming off back to his island . I think Mecha Godzilla is a given and I'm cool with that. And i do hope Ghidora is regenerated. This would be an epic 4 way titan battle , indeed. I do agree that Kong would never be the same scale as Godzilla ( I didn't really think about when i was a kid) but , again, I don't mind. I've been happy enough with both franchise' so far and now it's the inevitable mix of chocolate and peanut butter.

    Great stuff guys. Awesome to have Renato back inbthe mix. Oh man..Frontier and Delta on Netflix Japan! Jealous.. That was funny talking about mixing franchise toys back in the day..I remember playing with my Takatoku macross valks and Jetfire was the special squad leader . He was also the most bad ass transformer. Lol ! I found the Syd Mead anniversary discussion to be fascinating. And ,oddly out of nowhere , i happen to wonder if any of the speeker pod cast crew are fans of Makoto Kobayashi ..Who ,as i'm sure you all know , worked on Yamato, Gundam , Samurai 7, Giant Robo, etc. as well. And his custom model making skills are just madd{ I'm also very curious to hear more about Kawamori's slight against Star Wars .. Thanks very much guys ! Coming on 10 years . Fold in!

    Very excited to reproduce "Operation Phantom Sword" the SVF-440 is among my favorite in universe schemes. Now i just need the fold boosters (2 per Valk!) in 1/72..
