It's a Christmas miracle!

I do have a copy of Macross Mecha Grafitti under the Miscellaneous Macross Video folder. I'm downloading this "new" copy of Mecha Grafitti to see if it's a better version.

Clash of the Bionoids update: Not quite finished yet. I fixed up the movie title the way I wanted with the custom english Macross title. Cropped out the japanese subtitles. Added and timed the song subtitles on top margin. Timed the DAPDX english commentary. (The last hour of the english commentary has a hiss and a heartbeat, which I was unable to remove with Nero wave editor or Audacity. So, I tried raising and lowering the volume of the japanese soundtrack and english commentary. The 2nd half is quieter than the first half.) COTB orginal end credits are ready for the dvd. DYRL original end credits are ready for the dvd. Today, I finished fixing up the COTB special edition end credits sequence with english titles, english song subtitles (hard encoded into top margin) and the full "the song of an angel's paints" concert from the remastered Macross Flashback 2012. It turned out pretty good! Since, I ended up extending the end credits; I have to go back and retime the japanese audio and english commentary audio to include the new ending. I am just encoding the video fixes with TMPEG software right now. So next, I'll work on the DYRL subtitles into shape. At the same time, I'm going to fix up DYRL best edition .ssa subtitles. That will take a couple of hours. Then the audio retiming. And then I can retime the english COTB VHS audio. Trailer and dvd menu need doing, too. Almost there! ******* After re doing the DYRL end credit sequence for the 3rd/4th/5th time, I was thinking that I could do a music video of "The Song of an Angel's Paints by Lynn Minmay". I could re order the two angel's paints scenes and add subtitles and credits. Also, I was thinking of doing DYRL Gubaba style. Gubaba has put his own translation and interpretation of the DYRL subtitles, so that the Zentradi are only subtitled when there is Japanese subtitles or the zentradi speak japanese. Gubaba's DYRL2.srt subtitle file works with DYRL best edition, but the song subtitles need to be hard encoded into the top margin of the movie and the songs deleted out of the subtitle file. But, I said to Hikuro that I would work on Macross Zero ep 1 english dub DVD conversion after COTB special edition.

I just wish Sony would release their stranglehold on the StarShip Troopers CGI cartoon and make a movie of the last 3-4 episodes of that great cartoon series.

I finally found a video software that I can composite pictures over video and it looks pretty good in the preview screen: Cyberlink Director pro. So, I can finally finish the COTB movie title the way I would like: moving starfield in the background, cotb title zooming into place and sdf1 zooming. It's just a matter of getting the pictures to stay the same size and aspect ratio when I zoom in and out with the sdf1 and cotb title. If Director pro doesn't lock up too many more times and produces a good quality encoded picture, then I can get back to timing the english commentary. software that didn't work for me: vegas, premiere, wax, womble works so-so, ulead media studio pro doesn't work on vista, proshow gold doesn't have a composite feature ******** P.S. I updated the first page on how far I've gotten with COTB. And I also put together a dvd cover for COTB special edition dvd.

I thought I had two M7 albums that Macross Share didn't have. Nope. M7 DYRL is Mylene Jenius sings Lynn Minmay. The title of the album was in Japanese in my winamp media player. oops. M7 other fire has only 3 rare M7 songs and the rest are just thrown in there. Gubaba knows Japanese and has sharp ears. I'll take down these two albums and re upload the 3 M7 songs soon.

I had to stop using bittorrent serving for iMacross4. I was getting phone calls from my ISP and having my internet connection cut off every other weekend. Both MTS and Shaw monitor bandwidth usage for uploading and downloading, but particularly uploading. Bittorrent works for me only when I'm uploading or downloading a few files, not hundreds of files. Sharebig looks fine for a few files to share, but not when you're looking at over 150 gb! RapidShare works really well for me for $10/month and there's no problems with bandwidth. Gubaba was looking into putting together a Mega Macross bittorrent, if you like bittorrents.

Okay, I'll try seeing if I can get some fans in the desktop box or just leave the case open. I'm at 78% ram usage and no crashes. I have my window open by my computer and it's chilly today. maybe, it's the cooling? no viruses or spyware. I have 64 bit vista, so I could get 4 x 2gb sticks of ram. Thanks!

Hi: I've been having a little problem with my vista 64 bit sp1 computer lately. When I have more than 5 web browsers open (internet explorer and mozillla) and I'm doing filesharing, etc., 1. I get this graphic corruption that only resolves itself by closing programs or 2. programs start randomly shutting down or 3. the web browsers shut down by themselves. I noticed this problem when I was downloading pictures for the WM Cheng step by step guides. Also, when I was just doing the COTB video editing last month, Womble locked up and shut itself down and I lost 4 days of video editing! I had to save every 3-5 audio edit points to save before crashing again. I did a google search on this problem for the last month and spent days reconfiguring my computer and updating software and hardware to address this possible "memory" problem. I think I'm able to keep all the programs runing, but then the memory usage quickly shoots abover 70% and I get graphic corruption and my computer becomes useles until I'm able to close down a bunch of programs. I thought it was the Data Execution Protection, since I was having programs close randomly once my 4 gb of memory was used over %69 in the task manager. I disabled the DEP, but I still get graphic corruption. I turned off Superfetch to allow the ram more memory for current tasks. I increased virtual memory to 6141 MB as the default and switched the memory to focus on "background" programs rather than the current program. I have 4 gb of memory, but I run at 60-70% most of the time. It looks like it's the internet explorer or the explore.exe, but it could be I run too many services in the background? I was thinking that I could double my ram to 8 gb and get a bigger hard drive. Computer specs: amd 3.2 ghz 4 gb ram ati 3800 200 gb sata hard drive Thanks for any pointers

I'm a little bit of #2 and #4 I can't act and I choose not to for the sake of others. Maybe, you can send an email to that youtube Macross Zero guy? Ask him if he would like to team up for future Macross dub projects (Frontier or M7) and send him a sample of your M 0 ep1 dub samples. That might put him off of working on his own M zero dub and trying something else or he could be of help. Macross ep 2 almost done?! That's great! So, if you're redoing the voice work for M 0 episode 1, then I would like an audio copy, please.

I've been auctioning computer parts for ebay, working night shifts, visiting family and friends and trying to keep up with all the new macross stuff coming out every couple of days. Yesterday, I spent all day over at my mom's place. The day before that I was trying to remove a virus for a coworker and today, I'll be reformatting the same coworker's computer because the virus scanners and spyware removers cannot take the virus out of the operating system32 folder. Busy, busy. Clash of the Bionoids: commentary timed up to the 1 hour point video has english songs in the top margin I need to retime the dyrl english audio and crop out the japanese subtitles when the zentradi talk. Then I get get the dvd menu, trailer and dvd cover done. Sulendil Ang: Download Winrar software or HJSplit software from my weblink signature below to re integrate the separate rapidshare files into one file. I guess I need to update the FAQ a bit. This weekend, I'm working a couple of night shifts, Mother's day on Sunday, my younger brother wants me to post some more of his computer stuff on ebay and I would like to get back to the Clash of the Bionoids fan edit. So, I'll leave the VF-0S modeling guide for the next week and 1/2.

Progress Report on COTB special edition: Last weekend, I finished working on a 1. custom photo shop movie title to be inserted into the movie. 2. I had some help with proshow gold to get the aspect ratio of the sdf1 the right size for replacement within movie title. 3. I was at the 1 hour mark of re-timing DAPDX commentary on the original DYRL movie. 4. DYRL Best edition is DYRL with the better video and audio that I needed in the first place for my other DYRL video projects. Then I got side tracked by other macross projects and stuff. 1. My younger brother is getting me to put up his extra computer stuff on ebay 2. I've been compiling WM Cheng's step by step modeling guides into pdf files for imacross4. I'm working on page 1 of the yf-21. The VF0S is the last modeling guide I can do until Shawn can recover the old Macross World forums. Shawn said he'd look into it soon. All the WMCheng's modeling guides pdf files can be found in the Macross Miscellaneous folder. 3. Every other day, I'm finding "new" old Macross stuff being re isssued. "Falling snow in the milky way" and Macross: Inside story is on iMacross4 under the Music folder. I haven't watched all the Macross Frontier subtitled versions, but I consider Shinsen subs reliable, so I have been uploading those to iMacross4. 4. I received remastered M+ dvd s last week, so I shared them with (requested deletion) Macross Share website. Gubaba and EricF have been great at getting a new translation and timing for this remasterd movie. I still would like to extract a couple of new documentary videos from the M+ dvd set that have never been seen before. The videos need subtitling though. 5. I went through the Macross World Ads webpage and found some pictures and videos for the Macross Games folder. I haven't uploaded them yet. 6. I also received Macross Zero dvd 1, 2 with 3 coming in the mail. I'm trying to stay focused on getting one project done. For a half hour I was locked out from using my desktop computer and I thought I picked up a virus. Now, it looks like I tend to push my vista 64 bit (4gb ram, 2900xt) computer a little too far. I was looking for .srt/.ass./.ssa english subtitles for (requested deletion) Macross Share website. He is going to to post Macross Zero shortly and he would like some nice english subtitle files. I went searching on the internet and thought I had picked up a virus. So, if anybody has Macross Zero english subtitle files on their hard drives or would like to make some Macross Zero subtitle files then (requested deletion) and I would like that and post them up.
