There are moments in this movie that make ya go, 'coolness', but there are quite a few cringeworthys as well... for future reference to others, if you dont hate what they do to deadpool and the weapon x scheme, your not a wolvy fan LOL *saw the version of this that didn't have some special effects overlaid on it* Not gonna bother seeing the cinema version, and will definatly wait till dvd is on clearance before owning it.

I ended up fixing the loose helmeted head with clear nail polish, seems to work quite well as well :-) A figure that looks fantasic and poses incredibly well AND has the armour act as near to its lineart/onscreen presence as possible ( the forearm armour linked to main body just amazes me!! Love it!) its just incredible! if a person can afford it, they NEED this armour! Mind you, it ended up costing me nearly $500Aud getting this thing, so basically a weeks wages LOL. But very happy, puts all the others to shame!

Cant confirm whether the appleseed figures have the same material as picollo, as I only have the appleseeds. Was kinda hoping someone could tell me lol. maaaaan, so gohan is a statue for 85bucks? Dunno, think i can go an easy pass on pokemon syndrome if hes not poseable! RAH to me means super poseable, more accurate representations, definatly not vintage star wars figures articulation! Sculpt looks awesome, but how is he gonna train is all he can do is stand upright and scowl straight ahead? darn hey.

no where have a seen a pic of the ride armours arms actually posed up high-ish, kinda like they are limited to being pointed downwards all th time? or can they raise up enough to do say, eye level gun posing shots?

i think i would be worried about the rubber on piccolos arms deteriorating as rubber tends to do? hmm. mind you the appleseed figures have same kinda stuff which i have, so hopefully thats isn't the case Does anyone know though, Gohans arms, in several pics, dont show any articulation??? wtf? Surely it would be super articulated like the adults, right? ?? hopefully theres a pic proving he his fully artic!

why not use 4 metal pins/rods in place of the dark grey tips? Thats what i would like to do when mine arrives, assuming they dont taper in to much from base to tip and just look plain weird? Plenty of those sort of rods at local toy shop so im sure somethin would come close =-) *fingers crossed that HLJ has shipped the order they have charged from a couple of days ago...!*

thanks guys glad ya like I hadn't planned on trying to make more as such, cuz it was a pain in the posterior and styrene aint real cheap around here, but these days just kinda dont have the time. If that changes I will post. I think way back I had a pic of how to make it though>? i think.... =-)

I keep finding myself disappointed in the CM's now. Its cool looking in bot, but the floppyness just irks me no end now! I reckon i will have to sell it off, along with the custom boom arm i made, to clear up some space! Lol good luck EXO, you will prob sell it too at that ! I, for one, am a cheapskate though. yeh, bad rate stopped me from getting a canon fodder sv 51 whichi really wanted, as it wasn't gonna be a saving *sigh* I just couldn' choose SAL, theres no way i could wait that long, last time a SAL item for revoltech toki took over a MONTH! HLJ is processing my payment for Alto and Ozma (one way to make self completely broke until next pay!!) so hpefully will be able to get em within a week n half *getting ems, which considering its got a few other small items like encore trailbreaker, some plastic figures, was like 50USD or near about its not to bad* if armour ever is available for a lot less they will be had, but not for the current prices its just too much me thinks!!

Definatly need to have more than one beta at some stage, if only so they can be linked up and transformed states on show. Got the toynami green alpha i won on ebay today, and gotta say, its arms are nice and tight, unlike the scott version, no major q.c probs other than the vent on teh crotch seems to have a broken tab on its left side, so its lopsided. Might pull aprt to try and fix but overall am really happy with it. if only the red unit turns out as great! *seeing as matts is broken and not worth stealing BOOOyah!* Always liked how it looked, but was quite let down on the scott version that it bummed me out.This has restored some faith, so much so that I would like to try and grab a shadow fighter version as well, but robotech.com shipping is like almost 40USD, which seems a bit steep...

gotta say i watched this the other day and LOVED it. Great experience to watch the series, and the new take on things towards the end was awesome!

once i figure out how to use my cloning device...... this sounds like a lot of fun, whilst theres no way i could get there, hope u guys have a blast at least! Show brisvegas what its like to be macross-ified! lol
