only you agent one! i don't keep track of anything i eat cause i pretty much stay away from anything thats bad for me. i don't eat fastfood of any kind, don't eat chinese food, don't eat potatoes or anything thats fried, i stay away from sweets and don't drink soda. i workout(go skating) 10-20 hours a week depending on the weather. basically, alcohol is my only weakness. LOL, ok how about a ship then, I'll name one after you in the books, what class of ship do you prefer and on which side, Good guys, bad guys, worse guys, or neutral? i'd like a simple fighter with decent firepower, hyperspace capabilities, and definitely a cloaking device. i figure its good enough to take on any other fighters in the same class, make a fast get away, and creep up on my prey undetected. if the "worse guys" are worse than the bad guys, i want to be the worst guy of the worse guys. oh and i agree in getting rid of the launch tube in the front...perhaps you can have it so fighters are launch out the sides of the front section? that way you can have multiple launch tubes and deply fighters at a faster rate. plus i'd make some kind of dock or something for larger ships, possibly on the underside of the ship as well as escape pods for the crew....you're gonna need them when i come to destroy your ship.

you don't have no hold it to know the truth! toynami has been suspect from the beginning. a few members here are fanatics/nitpickers that will find any little flaw and complain about it.....but, on the flipside of the coin, a lot of the members write honest reviews of the +'s and -'s with a toy without all the bitching and moaning. i as well as many, tend to take those peoples opinions a little more seriously. you don't have to own something to know its no good. if not, then whats the point of having people write reviews on anything at all.

did not know you were an inexperienced painter, i figured you did a custom something or other at one point. i use citadel paints(warhammer/40K) acrylic semi-gloss i believe?and i haven't bother to clear coat the heads since theres not much scratching going on, atleast thats what i did for the LV J head and the citadel paint holds up pretty well. just pick a basic flat or semi gloss white and test it on a part of the valk that isn't visible(like somewhere underneath), just a dab and see if it matches. if its too light, add a shade or two using the teenie tiniest bit of yellow or something of the like. it should be like 10 parts white, and 1/100th part yellow? put it this way, it took me a good half hour to match the LV color and thats alot easier than trying to match anything thats painted white. the only bad paint i know of is testors gloss enamel, its just too thick. as far as i know, theres no such thing a perfect matching white paint, its just impossible to find or doesn't exist. hope that helps

Wings provide: 1. ideal placement points for verniers (due to moments around the CG) 2. a place to stick additional ordnance so that accidental detonation don't harm to hull 3. a place to stick additional sensors so that (with a sufficiently long wingspan) they can be used to provide triangulation and ranging information with accuracy 4. a place to stick comms gear so that you can have good coverage (depending on whether you can stick a omni-directional comms gear in a position where 360 degree sphere coverage is possible). Etc. etc. I didn't say anything about needing aerodynamic wings though. I have some comments on the design, but it's 3am here, I need to work tomorrow.. so I'll save it for tomorrow. alrighty then! lets call them section B and section C and stay away from the word "wings" shall we. when i think of perfection as far as designed for space travel/battle, i think of the Borg cube or something of the like. theres nothing fancy about it but it does what its supposed to without the all bells and whistles....or the wings. obviously knight26 has no desire to make a cube ship but its nice to see something different(without wings) time to time. either way its looking good but i had to ask. SR-71 blackbird in combination with firefox, thats what i see. actually i'm not really a fan of symeterical captial ships but thats just me. i like it when the ships looks beat up and heaped together but thats just my personal taste. its only in the beginning stages so its hard for me to say. the finished product might loook totally badarse once all the details are added. we'll have to wait and see what you come up with.
