Oh btw to really play the dumb and jest one, what is it with the Big G and Big Y anyway?
-
Then we understand each other Exo and don't take me too seriously either anyway my wishlist is the CF, VF-1D and the GBP everybody is welcome to push in theirs
-
Majestic thanx for the info i didn't know that....I'm sure that the 1/48 line is way from dead, because hey we are ready to let our green loose so they won't fail to notice that I'm certain that the CF is coming and they'll probably reissue Skull One too. Whqt I'm really holding my breath for is GBP...that would be just awsome oh and Exo which rock are you hiding under? cool down mate, I was obviously not present to learn this info sooner so no reason for any smart a.s comments Oh and Graham if I offended you in any way by my lack of proper information please accept my appologies
-
C'mon Big G, throw us mortals a bone: what can we expect next from Yamato on the 1/48 plan....say CF or GBP-1S please I know a certain amout of people who would be very happy
-
Wow....it's basic but I soooo like it....just for he transformatons it's great fun I expect MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
I mean seriously folks, 'though VF-1 being one of my most favourite airplanes (definitive No. 1 Veritech), it must be said that while the reason for the existance of an air/space-craft that can transform itself into a human replicating machine worked quite well in the Robotech/Macross storyline, it just wouldn't have a sound need for existance in a world not endagered by 50 foot aliens..... to bad though
-
Fine, very fine...... Could you do that to all relevant valks => CF, Rick/Hikaru 's VF-1J, M&M 's VF-1Js...
-
you're cracking me up guys keep it up.... here's a try of my own P: I don't feel like flying this partycular Valk anymore S: But the poor girl will take it sooo personally
-
well thanks for agreeing (do I write like that? ) Gui sure helps when somebody understands the simplicity of the whole matter I sure hope we can move onto more interesting subjects
-
why McKlown of course it was after, but that's not the point... The point is that people here are spilling their guts out about a simple fact: VF-1D is a combat capable trainer just like a F-16B or a F-18B, their D versions deffinetely going in other directions but what's important is that the VF-1D is just an A with second seat and of course there are more that one on board the fortress because we see at least three => First couple of episodes, Mars, and the wedding I really don' get the poeple making such a fuss about this a fully combat capable trainer....I mean, how else are you going to teach someone to fly an aerospace plane that is convertabble into a robot...and then you one must master the Battloid....I imagine that being the toughest part although the guardian is certainly no peace of cake either

Thanks for the FAST answer About the GBP, is ist now official Ground Battle Protector? Oh an I spotted a conversation about the reactant for the Valkyrie engines... You can either accept this info with good will or not but here it goes: The reactant is D²O or Di-Deuterium Oxide, Heavy Water on other words and is stored in small tanks in engine bays. The tankage is 12.9 litres.... It's an info from japanese sources but I read it on a robotech site, so believe it or hate it

I don't know about the Fuel Armor Sensor Tactical, But I'm pretty sure about that Type R, with a red R of course, sticker
-
Yo veterans a coupke of questions: What does GBP stand for? What does FAST stand for? Thank You
-
Oh and another thing the fact that we see mister and misses M flying a blue VF-1D on the day of their wedding and very much fighting in it, I think that resolves the question about it's combat capabilites

Howdy people has it ever occured to you that you are wasting time writing abut astoundigly clear things? I mean for pete's sake, the VT-1 is the dedicated trainer, it has an stepped-up cockpit for the instructor and is not capable of carring or employing any sort of weaponary. On the other hand, th VF-1D is just a VF-1A with a second seat, flight controls, a different head, no airbrake and different antennae arangement. The fact that it is orange has it's indications towards the training role, like the VT, but it's not conclusive having in mind the whole plethora of colours in Macross. For the fact that Rick/Hikaru got his hands on a custom painted VF-1J right after his training is more of a "let's make the hero more visible" kind of a trick than anything else

I can't seem to find anything so blame me for stupidity but that's just the way it is....hey that's a song by Phil Collins.....and Celine Dion anyways anything will be appreciated... oh and something for Graham, c'mon throw us a bone, when is Yamato going to place the 1/48 GBP at our disposal....and the CF too
-

People HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've just got my 1/48 VF-1S + fastpacks from Kevin, many thanks to you Kev, and I must wonder how is the back pack supposed to stay vertical and not to drop to an angle when the boosters are added. I mean thay sure have some weight and the moment I mount them, the back-pack just rotates towards the wings due to added weight. All of this in the B mode, but I must ask myself what will happen in F or G should I decide to perform a loop. Once again HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! btw I'm not new, just a new name due to the fact I totally misplaced all my info about my old one...the name should have been Milos but the rest i don't remember, but having in mind i spent most of 20003 in the army I believe you'll understand
