    Certainly not... At least you don't miss half of the story when you watch the G13 dub. And thank goodness for that weird narrator that comes in in the last two minuets of the film then doesn't shut up. Out of nowhere. Just awesome. Are either of you guys watching the G13 show? It just finished with 50 episodes. Its AWESOME!!!!!!! My second favorite animated show of all time.

    A7, You are the man for reviewing this. I sent Duke Togo (MW member that posted above) a copy of this movie years ago. This is my favorite low budget hong kong action movie. On top of that G13 is my favorite franchise in history aside from Star Wars.

    Shawn of the Dead, is a parody movie, IE making fun of the poor story that the old zombie movies used to have with people just running and screaming from mindless half-deads... the ED series was action/adventure in a zombie world. Not a parody. Planet Terror was not a parody either. Hey man, I think you are taking personal offense to me not loving the Black Dynamite cartoon. I would love to see it succeed, as I thought the movie was totally epic. I just don't like the choice of staff on the project, and I don't think the same jokes all over again are going to make this show interesting.

    Wow, everyone else seems to like it. Maybe I'm too critical, which doesn't surprise me as I HATED the Boondocks (same people behind this). Here is something to ponder though. Black Dynamite is a parody of black cinema in the 70s... Austin Powers is a parody of James Bond... Did the followups of Austin Powers show us anything exciting and new? No. It was just the same parody all over again just a different scenario. I don't think parodies can have sequels, or followups.

    No I am not, I LOVE the movie. The nuances of the exploitation genre cannot come through in animation... I have to say though, I do not think this will be an anti-white racist show. Thats kinda nice.

    I actually said to someone that Nolan wouldn't be able to best the Jack Nicholson Joker.. Guess I was wrong, which is why now, Nolan gets my vote.

    It looks like Hollywood is going to catch up. Quite a few reboots on the horizon. That said, you're totally right. How many different comic versions of Batman have there been? The answer could be 20 or 50

    So there are two trailers now: This one - And this one - I don't get it... They look like they are from different films entirely. The top one looks like it represents a good action film. The bottom one looks like it represents a horrible action film. Can someone add clarity?
