Wow... I really like how the one whats-his-face did (sorry, I dunno what it says lol) I think that would look very effective... adn for the 'dipple' (not what I read it as at first lol) you could do it a brightish green to go with teh visor...

I dunno hater.... it looks kinda fruity to me. There is a spot ont eh stripe under the visor that needs cleaning up... and maybe if you painted the brass rod parts of Fucly's antennas a dark grey color it would fit better....

Well... have you considered the possibility that they were custom made/ scratch built? The lump things in particular look like tehy could easily have been made with a modeling compound. I dont know or own enough kits to be able to help you otherwise.

Wowee! My target in Albany, New York actually had new Alternators..... until I got there. I found a Grimlock and Meister (white) one of each... and i grabbed them so fast I almsot hurt myself.

Thats a really pretty bid mate.... I love the color. For mine, which I am working on.... I was planning on basing with a lightish tan and drybrushing with Citadel 'Bleached Bone" I was initially going to just use the bleached bone color, but after getting the Yammie YF-19, I realized that it is a bit darker. Real nice job, keep up the great work. I cant wait to see your 1D... should be neat to see how you do the orange.

You could most certainly file it down smooth, but you'd have to repaint it. because Im pretty sure they arent cast in color.... even if they were you'd wreck the finish and STILl have to repaint it. The plastic seems pretty soft, I bet it'd file down rather easily. Edit: Oh wait! you menat the clear canopies! I was talking about the heatield lol...well, sorry, cant help you there.

Oooooohhh... I finally figured out the launchers.... i was lookng at them all wrong. My bad Graham, sorry to sound like an Rtard lol. I was looking at the rectangular indentation as the launcher port, not the front of the missile... I was in poor light and the color difference between the launcher and the missile were'nt apparent. Haterist...when you do figure out what to do in regards to fully functionalizing the launcehrs, let us know.... one of mine wont stay open,a dn teh other one wont stayy all the way shut

Haterist.... one of mine opens freely but doesnt stay open, and the other one is floppy and hangs open slightly... yours are glued shut? Weird. And I didnt notice a missile tip... I saw a rectangular indentation in the face of the launcher.. maybe I didnt look hard anough. Thanks Graham for looking up the info for me, cant wait to see it...

The question ahs been posted twice now...so mebbe third time's a charm. I wanna know where teh VB-6 is assigned in the game... among other things... Im looking for some real fluff for it... like crew, accurate weapons descriptions, stats for all three modes... and carreir assignemnts (the first question...) like, whats the storyline for the game and when is the VB-6 used, and can I put SDF-1 carrier markings on it, or Prom, or Daed, or ARMD!?

Id like to add that with a sheet of Takatoys 1/48 stickers after dolling up a 1/48 w/ FPs can STILL be sued to make the VB-6 look real pretty. I did.

But...but....they're ugly and DONT have the right end on them to look like missile launchers. To all of you w/ Takatoys sheets for your 1/48....there are enough sitckers on tehre to totally doll up the VB-6 between what you dont use and what is 'bonus' material. I could post some pics of mine, but that'd mean that Id have to TF it agian, and I just got it in a psoe i like in Gerwalk mode... I can show that tho. I even put BEWARE OF BLAST and NO STEPs on the orange leg vents I would STILL really like an answer to my carriere assignemnt question you guys.....

Noone answered my question.... where is teh VB-6 located/ assigned to in the game? I wanna put carrier markings on it.... adn I have tio chose from the SDF-1, the Prometheus, ARMD-1, adn Daudelus.... I put a bunch of sticekrs on it so far for shuttle mode...but ive still gotta add mdoe teh the weapond and stuff for gerwalk and batt. mode.

What kinda places are VB-6's assigned to? Im stickering mine up with the rest of a Takatoys sheet for everyhting except the eyes... and I really wanna put a carrier label on it.... would it seem logical for it to be SDF-1 deployed? dam... i wish all teh white markings on my sheet hadn't come out so poorly.... I cant use more than two of teh extra UN SPACY stickers... Edit: anyone know how to spot remove sharpie without damaging the plastic? i got a little smudge cleaning up the edges of a UN Kite sticker....

Hmmm... I wish I had spent ALL of my money in the last couple of weeks.... I got a Gakken Bernard Stick Type,a dn now Id kinda like a Blue Alpha to go with it.... how long do you guys expect Toynami to provide replacement support for these toys if they are limited production run?
