What is the YF-23? Is it a real life aircraft or from a different series?

Color pics would rock.... I'm still really excited about this... the chunkiness isn't too bad IMO, just a little bit on the torso armor... otherwise, it's gorgeous. I really really cant wait for this.... some color pics would kick majoy assage tho!

Good point as well, when I do any sorta mecha, it's all about the weathering, so that effects my impressions of a scheme as well cuz I cant not weather anything.

They come with dry rub decals? That's awesome. And I will say one thing... I'm kinda with Sebastian here that painted looks notibably better than unpainted. Certain color plastics look better than others unpainted as well due to light refraction properties, so keep this in mind as well. Red is in fact, one of the worst looking unpainted, because due to how the light bends, you see slightly into the plastic and it looks crappy....where as painted it has an opaque surface and a 'better' finish.... not that there's nothing wrong with assembling them dry outta the box....

That's a good point... if you were trying to go for totally accurate fighter markings, it's a swastika on each rudder, white line Iron Cross on each wing top, and a white and black bar Iron Cross (I realize there are probably some technical terms for these, but I'm just winging it) on each wing underside... with a white and black bar Iron Cross on each side of the body... On another note, you're really really making me want to go out and gt a cool Gundam kit like a Zaku of another grunt one and do it up olive drab and rust washed as a quick and easy fun peoject...

If all else fails, I will email it to people if they like... I've done it before. EDIT: I meant the old one as I myself dont have the new one yet

That looks really sweet... like a high calibur anti-armor gattling gun... and y'know, you COULD slit the sticker so you could remove the nosecone without peeling up the sticker... just get it where you want it and use a brand new sharp X-acto knife blade to cut along the joint.... it'd still line up without having to be peeled off opver and over again, thus preventing you from ruining the sticker.

I still think it'd be alot of fun.... we could make Duke Togo's something along the lines of resident nihilist.... Edit: goddamm wise cracking body builers...

Holy crap..... I am utterly stunned at all the LED mods.... friggin wingtip lights on a plastic wing no thicker than a cd.... holy crap... The variable VF-0D is utterly astonding as well...these are some of the most amazing kitbashes I have ever seen... the SV-51 is unthinkably cool and baffling.

I dont know much about it, but depending on how melted the front bit is shape and contour wise, you MIGHT be able to sand it down with multiple grits of sandpaper until you get to a really fine one, and then dip the canopy in Future.... otherwise, it looks like you will either have to get a replacement from somewhere, or do a battle-damaged valk

As for the Garland, I myself dont know, but someone here might have heard something... try a search in this forum for Megazone or Garland to read the old threads about it and maybe post your question in one of them....
