Maybe this will be a wide-spread and successful enough release to warrant all the OVAs being released Stateside with subtitles... I still want to see those so badly.

Hell yeah! VOTOMS is a rediculously badass series (I'm working my way thru the CPM DVDs right now...) and I can't wait to see more.

I'm going to assume minimal die-cast like on the 1/48 line and 1/60 VF-0... meaning die cast on high-stress parts like the swing bar only... nothing external and visible. I hate visible die-cast on something like this anyways... it sticks out too much next to the plastic parts and ruins the finish of the whole toy.

Wow. I just died a little inside.... I can't believe anyone working on this movie would expect TF fans to really like these designs...

I've got that one....that's the set of four that I bought, actually... the underground guy was broken in the box, the air/wind-surf-board with hawk guy was way too fiddly and had a terrible parts fit, the green bike guy was okay but really floppy, and I never had the heart to open the underwater guy.

I bought a couple once... the posability is awesome, but the quality and durability is crap... I was really dissapointed and only opened two of the four I bought. Way too fiddly and cheap feeling for me. Some joints ended up really loose really fast, and the ball joints fall off relatively easily.

I would love to go opening night, but I'll probably just end up there the next day. I know I'm excited.

Looks awesome so far.... I'm not a Huge Phalanx fan, but get to the Tomahawk and I'm in.

I am loving the look of MPSS so far....especially the new paint job shown with much less color. Makes SS look much more like a functional combat robot and less like a clown. I like the wing booms on the hips alot too... reminds me of the YF-19 (my fav valk) and 21. The ONLY thing I still dont like is the neck area and the pedestal effect of the head. Other that that, if t came out today looking like that last pic, I am sold.

Eh, it's not a catastrophe... I made it through, and the end product was certainly worth the work.

Yeah, the human figures do look a little eerie... and how come they're using hardly any of the Revoltech joints on alot of these figures? I'm seeing Shoulders, neck, waste, and feet for that chick.... oughta have more. They work amazingly, so why is Kaiyodo so heasitant to use them? Aaijin said that the Getter only has like 4, and the Dougram really really coulda used Revoltech joints in the elbows..... maybe Kaiyodo will sell baggies of Revoltech joints for customizers.... that'd be neat, AND I could fix the Dougram's elbows.

They'd obviosuly be released as both a boxed set and seperate sooner or later... I just want to see how big the combined bix'd be!

I want to try this game so badly..... and A7 I love your choices so far.... I think Electric Funeral by Black Sabbath would be a killer song... it's got rediculous guitarage..... and Paranoid'd be awesome too.

Ahhh the GBP.... I've done alot of decals from Devin, which means alot of white on white, and I'll admit, those white line bastards were a bear.... I fund that if you angle it juuuust right agianst the light you can see them... the light reflects differently on the markings than the backing. those little lines were still a chalenge... but fear not, because they are hella worth it in the end.

HWR, where the hell would you even put a 1/35 scale Monster? So yeah, I'll probably pass on the Monster, but once you get to the Destroids, I'm all for.

I think a VF-0 w/ Ghost booster would be an amazing set. Gorgeous to look at AND it'll give Yamato an excuse to live out their giant box fetish some more
