Thanks to Haterist I recieved my replacement part for my 1/48. If its not too much trouble, can anyone tell me how to safely get the backpack of the 1/48 apart so that I can replace the hinge piece?

Hi! I don't have access to my manual so forgive me for not having the part number/designation. I need a new hinge piece for my 1/48 VF-1S Roy... not the part on the backpack itself but the piece thats connected to the back itself. One of the two little hinge pieces that hold the center part "bridge" to the backpack itself snapped off today, couldn't handle the weight of the fastpacks I think. Thanks, you can e-mail me with information on how I can get this fixed, I love my 1S and I can't stand to see it this way.
