  6. guys, this last wednesday, Dark Horse released a Hellboy story called "the Corpse", which will supposedly play into the movie. its a great story and its selling cover price is a Quarter (25 cents). try it out, its a great story.
  7. this game looks pretty sweet. AC4 was awesome.
  8. with the Max and Millia -1J's, there will be pilots. The weapons set you are looking at is for the 1/72 Hasegawa model kits, not the Yamato 1/48. hope that helps.
  9. Ez-8, with options to make it High Mobility or heavy weapons Gouf Flight
  10. Sic Semper Tyrannis, Toynami. Sic Semper Tyrannis, HG. Per molestias, eruditio....
  11. sweet....but the blue guy needs glasses...
  12. the only ones who would need it are Max, Millia, Hikaru and Roy. all the other pilots get toasted and don't get to eject anyways...
  13. i had some of the Rock-lord toys. i think Granite and Nugget or some crap like that.... Anyone remember Bionic Six? i used to have the baseball player guy. the damn figures were heavy as hell! you could knock someone out with those!!
  14. They may be foreign designs but their manufactured in the US. It's not anything new the US has been using foriegn weapons since it's inception. Enfield rifles from the UK, swords from various German manufacturers,etc..... yep, Like the Kragg used in the Spanish american war and the Springfield '03, which was a Mauser, switched to American standards, i think. Hell, Even John Garand was a Canadian.
  15. i think it was a fan made custom. yamato needs to check it out though.
  16. yep, and Spacyo's sound like a kids cereal. Eat up! Spacyo's are good and good for you!!
  17. pretty awesome. i second the need for Gerwalk and Battroid picks.
  18. *depressed, runs away crying bitterly* nice collection!
  19. i guess this is about my second year around here. good place. still liking it.
  20. which is fine, i think, because the film makers hit all the major points of the Dune Messiah (Muad'dib's blinding, Chani's Death and Leto and Ghanima's birth) into the series. they did mess up on Alya's Age. she should have been much younger in the Messiah Parts (not that i'm complaining, since the Actress was smoking hot), and Leto and Ghani should have been quite young as well. other than that, they did pretty well. I Love all the Dune Books, but to me it seems that Dune Messiah was a transitory book, shifting the status quo from Dune to the one in Children of Dune and onwards, basically the deconstruction of Muad'dib's Myth.
  21. Duke, the version shown on TV quite often does not have Lynch's name anywhere on it, either. i also know Hebert saw the film and liked it, but i think had he been alive, he would have enjoyed the much more faithful adaptations Sci-fi has done.
  22. i for one loved the treatment Sci-fi gave the adaptations of Dune/Dune Messiah/Children of Dune in the two miniseries. much closer to the feel of the books than the movie. they need to make the last 3 books(God Emperor/Heretics/Chapterhouse), which are awesome. The David Lynch version, on the other hand was abysmal. i'd take my name off it too if i was him. are they really making a Starship Troopers sequel? terrible idea.
  23. Big Bad Toy store has them. its 4.99 flat shipping. pretty good.
  24. i think as long as they sell, Yamato will make them. i wouldn't worry about it. Hooray Capitalism!!!
