Yeah that's a tough choice The Tomahawk is realy cool, just bristling with armaments but I had to go with the Monster. There's just something about a walking battleship that's just too cool. And I already have a big kit of it

I decided my collection wasn't big enough and expanded it to include 1/48 scale. But I'm not gonna go any farther than that, never never never . I was gonna take more pics but my camera batteries died, if you want I'll take more when they recharge. I was gonna take a picture of it next to one of my built valks, that will be funny. The cast quality is ok, kinda rough, the surface of the plane doesn't have bubbles but it's pitted like the molds were old. But hey I'll take it, what do you expect for a 140 bucks.

I got it at e2046.com for a great price and 2 dollars shipping to boot. It looks like a got the last one for awhile though, I think they have to make more. Mine took awhile to get here because they had to make some parts that were missing.

Man this thing is gonna be huge! Here it is side by side with the Hasegawa.

You bought new rims and got 15"s? They look tiny, 17"s would look better in my opinion.

Wow the second one is my favorite, I REALLY like your comination of the Macross symbol and text that you did.

Overall it looks like they spent a lot more time and effort on this model than the VF-0 version for some reason.

I like the fighter mode, I hate the battroid mode. Don't remember seing the Gerwalk mode or not.

Oh if you get one of these models I think they'll change your mind about them. The detail, the precision, the fun.... gurgle

I mixed the exact ratio the Hasegawa instructions come with only I used the Gunze Aqueous colors instead of the Laquer. And I used straight Radome, the instructions tell you to lighten it quite a bit but I decided I liked the color darker.
