  1. Yeah yeah, rub it in, you got a copy of my YF-19 and I don't have any of them yet.
  2. Nope, that's just another custom, there's no factory Hasegawa kit.
  3. Just get the instructions out of your 1/48 ultimate strike box, heh heh
  4. That's just good ole drugs workin' there.
  5. Nope, not a retail kit, but thanks for those instructions. They may come in handy someday.
  6. Nicolas, that is a heavily customized fully transformable model of the Hasegawa kit. The kit was originally just a static fighter mode kit.
  7. I hope you're kidding, if not you need to look closer at the Glaug.
  8. I use acrylics almost exclusively and I use Tamiya or Gunze Aqueous depending on the color I need. Hope to see your stuff soon.
  9. Thanks, yeah laquer thinner really works well on both those paints when I'm deep cleaning my brush, dissolves 'em on contact.
  10. Thanks for the explanation David, now I'm really confused. Can you answer me this though, can I use the same Tamiya thinner on Gunze Aqueous that I use for my Tamiya paints? Grayson72
  11. Great pics David, thanks for sharing, I bet the blue isn't heat induced probably some kind of chem treatment from the MFG.

    VFX-4

Ah cool! never saw that before I don't think. Hey you should start off small, say like 1/72 scale and then make a bigger one

Looks like a VF-4, why do a scrathbuild when you can buy a model of it?
  14. 1/48th would be huge! The kit is big in 1/72 scale, would love to see what your friend could do for a Tomahawk.
  15. Hear hear, also those of you not involved in the ordering debacle stop posting.
  16. Now that was a good reference, thanks so much!
  17. Hey thanks, maybe I should search under stencils instead, duh
  18. I like the way I did my Defender better, he took a more cartoonish approach, mine looks like a walking weathered tank. He left off half the decals for some reason too.
  19. Anyone know of a good source for scribing templates, especially ones specifically for anime mech models? I checked HLJ but they're fresh out. Thanks
  20. Hello, to answer your questions, no they weren't produced at the same time, the Low Viz came later. It is a limited edition kit but you can still find them on Ebay. I have one, I check HLJ daily so I don't miss anything. HLJ lists them but they're grayed out under the discontinued status.
  21. Nah if you look around he's got quite a few Hasegawa's in there. No G-kits that I can see though. He's got a cool tarmac dio to display his kits (my dream sigh). I also noticed he fixed the fugly nosecone on the old super valk kits. That guy is a model building fool! Thanks for sharing man!
